Thanks for documenting these ideas. Even though, I think the perspective shown in the documentary depicts a high utilitarian perspective, neglecting nature's values leaving too many unsolved questions (i.e. Why is that we are saving nature? To what extent can we manipulate natural flows and complex ecosystems to achieve a circular economy?). TO me, it feels as new attempt to underpin capitalism, the main cause of the current global environmental crisis.
first three letters in economy are ECO. anything we will ever own or need will come from the earth. without that connection we'll just keep going around in circles and coming back to the same place we started.
