    The way he delivered the six gun Underwood joke mirrored a classic southern politician. It’s a small details like that make Spacey’s portrayal captivating. Too bad he just made a lot of bad choices.

      He did ruin the final season. And you could tell the rest of the cast were not happy the way season 6 was, as they only completed it so nobody would lose their jobs.

      @@Onmysheet lol he did not ruin anything. It was Netflix that wanted to continue the show without him. Like WB destroyed fantastic beast by kicking out Johnny Depp.

      Is argument oversimplifies the issue and doesn't take into account the systemic biases and discrimination that exist in the workforce. Employers often subconsciously prefer male employees, assuming that they will be more competent and committed. Multiple studies have shown this, look it up. This bias affects hiring, promotion and salary decisions. Also gender stereotypes can lead employers to assume that women will eventually leave the workforce and care for their families.
