Your channel is absolutely brilliant and thanks to your amazing content I am finally learning to properly play lead guitar after a decade of being stuck at an intermediate level. BTW this is definitely one of your best backing tracks and one of your greatest solos. This track also sounds great when playing lead slide guitar in open E tuning (EBEG#BE) over it. On that note it would be cool to one day see a guest slide guitar player rip a solo over one of your tracks.
Everything about this track is excellent, except one thing. It's only 9 min and 7 sec. I can practice everything with this track. It is a masterpiece!!!!
Dorian, and flipping to a bit of Phrygian in the final change, very much can be taken in a fusion direction and played in the style of Guthrie Govan. Love this one for not doing too much and providing lots of room to experiment 'outside'
Heavy shades of Stevie Ray on a lot of that solo... good and throaty in the lower register. Lots of flesh and lots of percussive pick attacks. Solid demonstration of 'go big or go home' without any mindless shred. Another tasty af melodic Tom effort. He continues to inch that bar ever so slightly higher here... mind blown.
Kinda feels like "Ten Summoner's Tales"-era Sting during the verse and RnB during the chorus. As usual, on a 4-Star scale, it's at least a 4...if not more. ( Hey, that rhymes ). We await your next one......♫ ** ** ♫
I was jamming to about 20 different jam tracks last night, and this was by far my favorite. I don't know why exactly, maybe I just dig the layout of this chord progression, certainly the beat and tempo help out. This is by far my favourite backing track channel 🤟
As they are, the truth is I'm a fan of all the beautiful backingtracks that go up and I wondered how to do to play those solos at the end, I can record myself and compose and write a guitar solo for you with pleasure. From already thank you very much greetings from Argentina
So so so good! I absolutely loved the solo, you are a master at the instrument and it’s inspiring! I learned the solo at the end by ear and it was so much fun! How do you use and think about the melodic notes (6th, 9th, etc) so effortlessly? When I incorporate melodic / modal playing into my solo, it feels a bit robotic, like I’m applying equal weight to the pentatonic and modal notes. Listening to your playing it’s like you highlight and allude to them so creatively. How do you approach a jam like this to get that result? Does it stem from the chord changes? Or does it just come to you naturally?
I am using your videos like mini guitar lessons. Putting scales up really help with understanding where to play. Your solos are stunning. Thank you for these tracks!
This guy’s solos are becoming better by the day
Thanks my friend
Patrick: "YAY, E MINOR! EMINOR WOOH YEAH E MINOR!"

Something Clapton-ish Gilmour-ish there in this backing track. Awesome stuff!

Dude, this guys solo at end is awesome.
Nice groove1
This is killer. Rhythm track guitar tone & vibe totally reminds me of Eric Johnson all day long.
The beautiful tones of a Strat. ❤️
Super nice 👍🏻
Nice one, reminds me of some of the songs by Albert Cummings an American Blues Artist. If you like this, he's worth listening to IMHO 👍🏼
Damn. Its so smooth i feel like im listening to a Joe Satriani song. Something from the album “Is There Love in Space?”
This is such a great track.... really inspiring.... what a great time I’m having, and I have finally broken out of the rut I was in.... THANKS!!!
Ow yeah nice guitar

My bro, this track is ridiculously good ♥. Thanks! Also, what model of strat is that? It's absolutely gorgeous! Greetings from Spain!
7:27 - I just want to be as good as this guy, 18 years in and I can hardly name the chords i'm playing 😂
Muito bom mesmo!
Vou tentar gravar 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Egah caaacde mmmm fun progression for beach walks
🥰
if this is in the key of e minor why is there a c#?
Dorian Mode has C# its a minor tonality though
is the cmaj7 supposed to be some kind of inversion? EGB are in E Dorian but there's no C, only C#
Sounds like euro truck simulator 2 menu music
I don't know what scle the Cmajor7 i borrowing from :'(
How do I purchase this track? I can't find it on Bandcamp...
GG
Do the tabs include the solo?
Yes indeed
Very Richie Kotzen
🤤🤤🤤
Is this actually an improvisation or what the hell is that ?
Filthy solo!!!!

Very nice👊
E Dorian doesn't "work" over CMaj7, does it?
Stop that. Play whatever sounds right.
Thanks!
So sweet.
