My cousin will have her baby this month, my dog Rambo gas sadly been diagnosed with kidney disease and my Godmother recently lost her dad so I need to attend his funeral in 2 weeks. I always had mixed feelings about the saying: "God helps those who help themselves". for multiple reasons I am sure. First of all the statement is open to interpretation. My interpretation is that God helps everybody. I mean the Sun is there for everyone, Air is there for everyone. it is freely given whether or not you are consciously evolving or not. I think this statement alludes to the fact that when you start living consciously, you then have a conscious relationship with God, and more interaction, vs. the person that lives unconsciously. The universal laws are the same for the conscious and unconscious person, however the conscious one, is deliberately trying to apply more of them.
