Dear Sterling, thank you so much for this amazing practice session that is very helpful for navigating step by step towards this magical zone. Cordclosure, regulation of subglottic pressure and airflow are such essential elements! You explain it fantastically! Experiencing that with this approach, one can sing with so much more ease and possibilities! You're excellent in your conscientious and structured way of encouragement! You teach me so much more! I'm a big fan!🤩
Been coming to this video regularly. At first I could barely do anything, but after a couple weeks, I could actually get through the whole warm up (albeit with some flaws). Hopefully by a couple of months I'd be able to do it flawlessly. Thanks a lot Sterling!
A month later of doing this regularly and following few other videos (By the same channel). My voice has a lot more power, when speaking or singing. People tell me I sound really good. I'm still having trouble with the mix but I feel I'm getting closer and closer. This has truly made singing a little more effortless and very enjoyable. Let's see how I'm doing in half a year.
This really made a difference , could you make a video about throat tightness in higher pitched? I usually feel out of breath (or like im holding my breath in too long even though ik high pitches require less air) when i sing high but i can reach pretty high notes like an F#5.
Thanks Sterling! Just joined your Patreon. This is awesome! How much attention, in this warm up, should I pay to larynx drop? I'm getting obssessed with it since your "verticality" mention suddenly made it click for me!
Hmm, interesting question. It’s certainly an integral part of this stuff but it sorta depends on where you are in your journey. Trying to force and combine too many things at once can sorta make things worse and give one “over analysis paralysis”. I’d say be “aware” of it , try to incorporate it in if you can but move forward with whatever technique you find to be working for you first.
Sterling. Another great video. I just think you need a make over. Let’s start but cutting off those sleeves. Then a trip to hot topic. Then we march on Saratoga on a parade of rainbows.
As much as he's great at teaching stuff, his humor resonates with me also. I really enjoy his videos.
My left ear really enjoyed the intro! No but for real thanks for your education, really learned a lot from it!
I’m a female…elderly, 2nd video of yours today….cracked up at M F comment 😂 Not gonna lie, that’s when you won me over! I’ll be listening to more!
So much depends on comprehending what the teacher is saying, and applying it. You’ve got the secret sauce, and I appreciate it!
Secret sauce. Sweeeet 🥰

LOVE YOU! Hippie, stoner...lol!
Incred!
What about breathing through the nose?not through the mouth, for me is better feeling
During the muah exercise you should also make the chefs kiss gesture 🎤😙👌
Of course Casey haha. The ladies love it especially. Good thinking haha
My falsetto is way to airy , how long it takes to convert into a head voice sound
A while... Some of us have almost no falsetto:) Keep it quieter sounding and take some time building coordination.

Saratoga ahaha. I’m open to it man. The hair is getting high on the goober meter.
please reach to Dimash Kudaibergen SOS
Please explain. Don’t know what this means
@@SterlingRJackson I think they mean "react" not "reach" 🤔
Yesss I would love sterling’s take on this
Dimash is the goat!
i like what you teach but you talk and repeat yourself way too much
Excellent. What a nice thing to say 😂
@@SterlingRJackson 😅 but i can't stop watching... I'm actually watching another one of your videos now.
