She rivals Ali Mauzey's Glinda and the extra jokes she inserts in places are just sublime! Australia currently has the best Wicked cast in the whole world!
Agreed. I saw this cast in Brisbane and was FLOORED. I've seen several casts now and this is by far my favourite. Courtney is my favourite Glinda. She actually made me like the character. I previously never felt particularly strongly about Glinda but with this cast I couldn't take my eyes off her. She added so much depth to the character.

I agree I love her ‘die alone’ interpretation the best out of every Glinda I’ve seen/heard. I have this hobby of finding some subtle, small, fine details of different interpretations. Another example is the recent wicked film, I don’t think Ariana Grande is the best glinda and I prefer many other interpretations above hers. However, in ‘Popular’, I really have to admit I love how she sang the word ‘tooooughest’ in ‘and even in your case, though it’s the toooughest case I yet to face…’

I was playing in the pit orchestra in one of her shows later in Brisbane (2024 Oct? Sept?). She didn’t do the iconic belt anymore but she was still very very amazing!!
