  • I started this channel by reviewing Super Mario Bros. and Super Mario Bros. 2. Well now it is finally time I take a look at the 3rd NES Mario adventure, Super Mario Bros. 3! Widely considered to be one of the best Mario games, this has always been a personal favorite of mine.

Raccoon Mario can fly because it's not a Raccoon, but a Raccoon Dog, which in Japan are known as Tanuki. In Japanese Mythology Raccoons which are Japanese Shapeshifters similar to the Kitsune (Fox) and has the ability to lots of weird things, in some interpretations even fly or glide through the wind. The Tanuki is often envisioned having a leaf on its forehead, hence why the powerup is a leaf
The confusion is because of the Tanuki suit, though they're most definitively based on the same Yokai

Super Mario Brothers 3 is one of the artifacts Lara Croft will no doubt unflinchingly raid a tomb for. That is all..

The GBA version on virtual console and nso is superior simply for the inclusion of all eReader levels.
