This is a real country singer who has actual talent. Not to be confused for what is being passed off today as country music.
And that guy working the Emmons is a miracle working genius also.
Mike Johnson is a real great Steel Guitar player. He is a member of the house band on all the Country Family Reunion Shows.
Passed off is right. It aint even close.

We lost a lot of talent when we lost Daryle. Thoughts and prayers to his family and his little children and his wife. I sincerely hope they are doing well. Daryle, you did this song justice! What a great man! And his band and that electric guitar! Superb!
I was shocked to hear that Daryle passed away today. He was one of the greatest country singers of all time. RIP

Mike is making the steel talk, Rhonda singin backup, ole boy on fiddle saw in it out, Tele player is nice and tasteful, drummer playin right on time and not swingin around like a dummy, and bass player thumpin it out without show in off a bunch of fancy walk up or downs....THIS IS A BAND..THIS IS MUSIC..THIS IS TEAMWORK..THIS IS TALENT..THIS IS DAMN GOOD MUSIC. WOW.
What an incredible singer and band. Every part is pure country perfection. Rhonda is fantastic and Mike Johnson on pedal steel guitar. Absolutely gorgeous music.
Never thought I'd see the day where 90s country stars become legends and leave us heartbroken when they die. They filled the shoes really well. Now the question is who will fill the 90s guys shoes ??? Nashville won't seem to let anybody fill them. We don't get country music from Nashville anymore

Daryle’s voice was pure country. Him & Keith Whitley had voices of gold that just sounded heavenly. Sure do miss that real country sound. 😢

Is it me or does he sound like Keith Whitley? I absolutely love to hear songs sung by Mr. Singletary. He is close to my age and is an inspiration. Thanks Mr. Singletary. You are definately the most underrated singers out there. You sound like what country should sound like. GOD Bless.

Have you heard him sing 'I let her lie'....it would be somewhat difficult to distinguish who you are listening to if you aren't watching a screen! He voice is strikingly similar to the voice of Keith Whitley!

Wow..thank you. I've missed Daryle. Last time I saw a video of him, he was playing drums in a dive with Lorrie Morgan. NO discredit to that but he looks so much better. I'm so happy to hear his voice singing again.

There are very few true country music singers left. This other stuff they are singing is not country. We lost another TRUE country singer when we lost Darryl. I’m praying for his entire family.
