I was convinced I wanted to be independent and lead my own household so I can't be controlled but the more I tried to over achieve the more I started to resent my boyfriend for a burden that i imposed on myself. It got so much easier when I started to step back and let him lead. Letting my guard down made me realise it wouldn't equivocate to me being disrespected or abused because I wasn't "leading" and for alot of women they've never let their guard down to find out that the two aren't mutually inclusive. We're now married and life is just overall more manageable.

Women don’t have the foresight to think past their immediate feelings. Being in a relationship for a man has so many intangible responsibilities that a woman can’t imagine and wouldn’t care about even if they knew.
A man “could” stay home but women don’t stop to think about the ramification’s to the universe around him if he does.

Patrice's views were ultimately for the better of society and comedy. However I disagree more and more with him, such as the idea that women cannot philosophize. Maybe most women do not, but not all, and no women are totally incapable of it.

Exactly, just because they’re the exception to the rule, doesn’t change the fact. Some can, most can’t. However, as the general, you can guide a girl to start. It’s unfortunate but it’s the way it is, they’re driven by emotion and don’t have a point of view they’ve formulated themselves.

@@johnnyheaters4205 women can conceptualize, they can ponder things... maybe not to the degree of men but even when an unconventional woman does it, Patrice's first impulse was typically to call it horsesh*t and disregard them.
The reason why I bring it up is because in the 4 years I've listened, enjoyed, and agreed with Patrice, I've noticed that his general view of women was ultimately driven to make them feel inferior to him, whether truthful or not. So when he makes generalizations, like women being terrible conversationalists, he does it with a certain degree of malice, to make them feel bad so they become dependent on his approval. I love what Patrice has done but I'm also criticizing and recognizing that his views were biased because of the lifestyle he led. If you can't criticize your idols you can no longer think for yourself.
@@black_pill thanks. I'm always glad to revisit Patrice through your videos. Will be interested in what he says, although with that title I'm suspecting he goes up against a certain type of woman. Patrice generally had two types of women on his show: typical, and combative. His style was to challenge them to match his energy, which of course they always lost.
I’ve always wondered what the allure of Patrice O’Neal has been. People talk about the man like he’s a religious prophet. Now I think I’ve come to a conclusion, Patrice O’Neal is the OG Pied Piper if a lot of these Red, Black, ect color Pill, Incel dudes that are in too deep into misogynistic, archaic and patriarchal world views. You used the word “strategies”, as if women are a thing to be decoded and strategized for in order to find success with them, you know instead of just being a well rounded individual who people would generally love to be around and can look at women as what they are, people.
