FX’s new original series The Bear is about food, family, the insanity of the grind, the beauty of Sense of Urgency and the steep slippery downsides. As the young chef Carmy fights to transform both The Original Beef of Chicagoland and himself, he works alongside a rough-around-the-edges kitchen crew that ultimately reveal themselves as his chosen family.

Just say the words ❤️
I love how if you listen carefully Mikey is in the background telling the Ceres story again. In exactly the same way.
LETS GOOO
Uncle Lee is that you?
You can hear Fak go “this’ll be our escape route” as they walk into the kitchen
Jamie Lee Curtis did the best job portraying a bipolar malignant narcissist. Just watching this episode gave me flashbacks to Christmases at my grandma's house.
Bless. I've seen it too
Jamie Lee Curtis and John Bernthal deserve an Emmy for this episode
dude i'm just happy Matty Matheson is in this
If I’m not mistaken the both got nominated and John lost
The Emmys were for S1
the faks walking in sporting identical drip asking where their skateboards are will never cease to slaughter me
Slaughter me is my new favorite phrase
"big Neil said our skateboards were in here" its like kids at Christmas
Between this and the baseball card scene, I feel like the Faks peaked at age 12 😂
Jamie Lee Curtis OWNED and slayed this so good. Give her an Emmy immediately.
This is one of my favorite Christmas specials ever. I think in a lot of holliday specials there's a "feel good" element like you feel safe in those shows because it's the holidays and things are supposed to go well. But The Bear does a great job at showing how realistic holidays can really be. What a fantastic episode with such a great cast
Why did she butter bread with her hands lmao
As someone who grew up in a chaotic Italian household, this episode really hit hard
No, this isnt a chaotic italian household, you can clearly see mentally ill people, not your traditional "italian household".
This episode really brought up some repressed childhood trauma that I’m oddly nostalgic for.
Every house is like this at Christmas. Some people are big on barriers
oh man same
Best episode in Season 2. Jaimie Lee Curtis deserves an Emmy award. She was stellar!
anxiety on steroids
The "messy" editing, the close ups, THE TIMER, everyone talking at the same time. I can't take it.
@@micahjohansson7573when i tell you my heart was pounding the whole episode 😭😭
Holy smokes...if you think your Christmas with the family is a little tense. What a chaotic mess
Most chaotic scene I’ve ever watched 😂
This whole episode had me breathless, just sooooo much!!
If you want a full-blown two-hour movie of this type of chaos, watch Uncut Gems. I feel like Chris Storer took at least some inspiration here from it and it paid off beautifully.
Love this show. This is such a memorable and well done scene.
Congrats, I'm now triggered by the sound of timers going off
The most stressful episode of television I have ever seen. One and done.
Did anyone count how many times Sugar asked 'are you okay'?
this show is awesome
The might be the best episode of TV I've ever seen. It was also so intense I've not been able to bring myself to rewatch it.
OMG, yes. It was perfectly executed, and pure anxiety, start to finish.
My fav. episode of the series
So much personality and chaotic framing in this whole ep.
This episode made me feel like the BoJack churro episode. Loved it.
"It's tradition that he's gay?" 😂
Oh God my family and the lives I grew up around has made it to what the regular people call the big time.
Best single episode Ever on tv
Perfection
Am I the only one that thinks 1 cup of Salt is worse than 1 cup of sugar in gravy?! Or the fact that this absurd amount is a reflection of Ma?
One cup of salt is about right. If you're making enough sauce to fill a swimming pool
Having grown up Chicago South Side, I want to tell you how perfectly Jaime Lee gets it.
I don't think that's a "Chicago" thing so much as a borderline personality disorder/bipolar disorder kind of thing
I like how she doesn't let the best chef in the world help a bit
"You make me hot, you make me very hot." As a big fat poor guy, I can relate. I love the Fak bro's.
That episode gave me anxiety
Uncle jimmy ohhh hoh hohohhhh banana ohhh
I may need to reup my Hulu donation.
Watch this and ask if Jamie Lee deserved her Oscar.
I know the manic feel in the kitchen during holiday dinners and God do I miss them
She’s behind on the lobster.
we had 7 fishes many times--never like this
I thought it was Carol from Walking Dead at first.
campaign for jamie lee curtis
I Wonder if there's any Sucking In This,?.. ... That and/or Any Assumption Presumptive (Completely Incorrect) Insults and Ridicules ?. .. 😐
Showed this episode to my mom and brother Xmas Eve!! We're Italian. 🤌🏼🤌🏼 This is pretty much how it goes down! lol
Trust me, no real italian uses that emoji, you are americans.
@@sonogrande7628oh snap look we got the official Italian designator over here 🎉 😂 homie gate keeping emojis shouldn’t you be getting mad over non traditional pasta instead
@@tubbymontana7090nice try but he’s not wrong bye
@@sonogrande7628 i cut my spaghettis in half before boiling them 😛
