BEEEES!!! effect has been changed from "Summon four bees that attack a minion" to "Give minions with charge +1 attack".

Nah linecracker will probably be sent to the shadow realms at 9 mana so the combo is a bit harder to pull off
They will never nerf this combo lol. It's the same as any other OTK except with way more counters.
It's been 5 years and people are still salty about this nerf?
@@IWILLTRYTOFIXYOU Its not saltiness about the nerf, but it's still one of the best examples for Hearthstones incredibly weird sense for balance, atleast in my opinion. (I mean, the issue was Patron Warrior is too strong. Instead of nerfing it, they Jon Snowed it, making Warsong a worse card than Raid Leader.)

What do you think about adding quest? You can mulligan it away, play it after combo if you want, and then your jade ramp is much faster because you don't have to choose between shuffle and jade anymore.
In my experience, you've already won by the time you're playing Idols. Speeding up the Jades doesn't seem worth the card slot.
You always Shuffle Jade, you never summon it. Summoning jades gives your opponent the chance to play cards and/or hero power. By doing nothing you deny any chance of loosing the game.
@@kjellrothenburger3641 It makes a ton of sense actually. It denys your opponent the ability to play cards. Eventually their board is maxed out and they can't trade or play anything from their hands. This is how you beat DK Rexxar and decks that go infinite. The amount of damage they have on board will never be enough to kill you. You must guarantee win through fatigue.
sometimes you need to shuffle and not play jades. One time I played against jade druid with this amount of armor and I won by holding on to a hand full of jade idols by shuffling and then spamming 7 in a turn. Otherwise he would have won if I had continually added them to the board for him to remove, and he as a jade druid was not able to fatigue. The strategy of holding on to a hand full of jades also won me a game against a big priest deck running benedictus that stole my jade idols

i played 2 or 3 of them today they armor up to 2500 armor which is ridiculous then sit back and wait for you to concede, guess i will have to put skulking geist in my all decks now thanks blizz
Eventually, everyone will be running the same cards to combat the meta combos. Then we will have achieved enlightenment.

So your options for dealing with this deck are
1) pull out Linecracker before the combo
2) Mecha'thun
3) Hakkar
4) somehow get 60+ damage on board
5) ??

OTK Pally also works
Play Skulking Geist, eat their Earthen Scales before the combo. Infinite chain Loatheb/Rebuke or summon enough Nerubian Unravelers to block them from playing spells.
ask blizzard to create a battlecry card that destroys all opponent's armor kappa.
See the trick is you also run skulking geist for after your combo to mess up all 3 (jade druid is honestly the only way to reliably get more than 60 attack on the board and that just outright loses to poison seeds if your board is full)

Correct play for the end state of that game would be to use elise to copy naturalize and naturalize elise every turn and not bother with jades. Would have been much quicker because your damage would scale.
that felt good , constantly hitting face freely with large minions, with opponent constantly taking fatigue damage
It was fun at first, but by about the 15th turn of repeating the same action it got a little stale.

Also did you consider putting Malfurion and Spreading Plague? They are great cards

Considering Elise doesn't really do anything in this list, and having extra armor from you hero power doesn't seem too useful either, and seeing how much mana you float on non-draw turns, could the quest be a viable addition to this list?
Roffle, how about we combine two druid combo deck together?
We have the linecracker armor combo for survival and the infinite Elise mill with elise floop twig naturalize
this way, as long as you get the armor combo off, you can from next turn start doing insane levels of damage with the twig combo and can make opponents draw like, 40 cards per turn. in a mirror matchup, this will grant you the victory way easier.
It could work, but it's a lot of pieces dedicated to combos. I'll likely try the infinite Mill Combo soon though!

So, from what I am seeing, Geist goes in every Wild deck now?
Not necessarily. There are other ways to disrupt the combo and/or win before/through the armor gain. Mecha'thun and Paladin OTK still work. Aggro decks can beat down the Druid before it combos.

There are better more expensive decks that are more fun mech-c'thun for instance!

I'm not sure if it will be changed, but the crafting cost honestly isn't that high. Elise isn't necessary for the deck.
Some safe crafts are Samiat, Zephrys, Hyena Alpha, Bazaar Burglary .

I thought overkill only triggered if the overkill minion attacked and killed something? Ie not triggering if bees attack the linecracker
18:54 your opponent shouldn't have cleared the board. you'd have a full board of 3-3 - 9-9 jades and there would have been a tie (I guess, I don't wanna try to find lethal here)
He could have elized the branching paths a few times and made a giant board anyways
Isint it an infinte combo if u play the card that copies your hand into the one that copies the last card player? Can't you like spamm the +1/1 + armor equal to attack card? try playing that deck?
A nice variant is to include vargoth for a healthy 5K armour.
Vargoth wouldn't give 5k armor though. Best case scenaruio, one extra Earthern Scales would take you up to 3750 but he could recast BEEEES!!! or target himself with Scales.
Inb4 text gets changed to "Choose an enemy minion" instead of any minion.
This is entirely possible. Or just summoning the Bees with Rush. That said, the text is unique enough for BEEES!!! (compared to similar cards) that they may have anticipated this combo.
Why don't you play pyromancer with this deck? It seems really tough to survive against aggro...
I tested a version of this deck with more control stuff (Plague, Poison seeds, starfall...) and began with a surprising 7-0!
But thing turned bad and I'm 7-9 now...I've been dirty-rated and skulking-geisted...

legendary floop spell into bees and bees kills something makes all of tht free. i wonder how many times thats been done
i forgot bees was 3 mana so its just using bees refunds the mana spent and killing ets you extra

How lond did that mirror match take?
If you had played Barskin on Linecracker before BEEEES!!!, it would have gotten 8 x 2^8 attack instead of 5 x (2^8) attack, which is 2048 attack instead of 1280. With 2x Earthen Scales, that puts you at 4,099 armor gained instead of 2,653 armor gained. While it wouldn't have mattered for you, had your opponent done so, you would not have gotten to lethal on time.

I opened the new hunter quest and the new Elise, do you think it is worth to dust them for a Mechathun Druid Deck?
I believe the best Mechathun is warlock, but if you have a good druid list I'd love to see it too !
I think you should wait at least a week or two before dust anything though
imho, never disenchant normal legendary because they might be needed in the future. but you can disenchant bad golden legendary that only needed in few meme decks. this is what i learn from the past. especially if you are actually having fun playing in wild mode.

It was definitely a grind, but I'm not certain how long it lasted. I believe it was at least 20 turns of just straight attacking though.

Hakkar destroys your armor. You get more and more to this blood-cards in your deck, until the aniamation takes a lot of time (and armor) that neither you or your opponent are able to play a card .... I had those wonderfull match yesterday. Hakkar crashed the game
The other druid didn't forfeit, so i suspected the last card to be Mecha'thun.

You gotta try Renolock now, Zephrys and Expired Merchant made it much more powerful!

What's this deck win condition against mirror though? Blizzard should somehow be like 'if both players have 1000+ health total with no possibilities of Mechathun, explode both players'

Jade Idols are the only card that benefit from the quest and if you get to the point where you're playing Idols you've already won. Probably not worth -1 card in your opening hand.

There aren't many ways in Hearthstone to generate as much armor as this deck can, so it's something new and interesting.

You know what's more impressive than 2.5k armor? You going through said armor manually without you or the opponent conceding.
I think the opponent was convinced that the game was going to turn limit. I think we got in there for lethal just in time.

Inb4 Yogg casts Mira's unstable element into reckless flurry, into astral communion/cataclysm, and straight up ruins the combo.

Really fun to play I guess, but it‘s horrible to play against. Played 3 times against it and it felt even worse than Big Priest. Not a slight chance of winning. Skulking Geist was my onliest hope but I never drew it and boy is it frustating playing against an unkillable opponent with 30000 Jades....

I predict a change so overkill doesn't work without attacking. But then again, Blizzard hasn't fixed big priest, so maybe they just don't care.
I think a change to the card text of BEEEES!!! is also possible. Though, Overkill triggering when a minion is attacked (rather than attacking) always felt weird.
I mean we're pretty much in agreement there, I admit I honestly made some modifcations to my reno mage based on your list, some of those ideas were better than what I had, and I'm not quite the memelord you are.

It was a generated card from the Warrior class so it could have been Omega Assembly into Mecha'thun. Turns out it was Dr. Boom's Scheme for 18 armor.
