Hey William, looks like Dyer is out here bragging that T Marshall blocked him after he requested a debate 😂. I asked him whether he did the same to you and he never responded.
Jay Dyer is a fraud and a joke. Only the poorly informed online Dox or little kiddies take him seriously. He offers absolutely nothing of substance at all.
Excellent video brother. Protestants have no business touching the Fathers, especially when they don’t understand what we believe about works. They always seem to strawman our position.
Thanks, William. I would enjoy seeing more videos like this. Protestant apologists sow confusion by misusing Church Fathers like St. Clement to supposedly bolster their claims.
I have a question, and if it was addressed in the video please point out where as I could have missed it. A lot of what is said in Clement seems to align with what Luther wrote On Christian Freedom. In it, he says we are justified by faith but called to continue in good works. Could someone explain what the difference is in both texts? I do have both texts so if you point out chapters and or pages, that would be very helpful.
Likes, Subscribed, and loved the video. Please keep doing these type of videos. I sadly see people like Ortlund, White, and other increasingly twisting the Church Father’s words to fit their narrative and it has to be squashed simply because it is false. Love our Protestant brothers and sisters but the TRUTH must be known. God bless you in everything you do.
What is the relationship between mortal sins of omission, good works, and salvation? Many Catholic apologists today say that baptized Christians merely need to avoid mortal sin, but seems like a "sneaky" way of avoiding talking about the role of works in keeping/maintaining one's salvation.
@@Mkvine Jimmy Akin does it, though a really old CA Live has him admitting the possibility of works keeping/maintaining salvation. Trent Horn recently said it but at least made mention of sins of omission (interviewing Redeemed Zoomer). I understand how one might call it prudent and technically true to say such things, but it could also cause confusion and downplay what Jesus and James said about the consequences of refusing to do the good works God wills you to do, to bear fruit, to care for the hungry, thirsty, naked, imprisoned, etc.
Why would God allow these things like Traditions be left out of His Holy Bible if they are so important? You really need to sit with the Messianic Jews and hear the real Truth!
YOU GOT TO BECOME MORE righteous than the Pharisees then repent, baptized fully immersed then eat the Blood and flesh of Jesus, be sanctified do 1.2 million good works and pay 2.7 million dollars to the Pope so he can pay your way into heaven after you spend 2.5 billion years in purgatory!

@@WilliamAlbrecht I agree brother. It is sad that so many young people follow him.
We just can’t can’t differentiate between essence and energy distinction lol.
👍
Both: Marshall & Dyer, have rather gargantuan egos.
❤
@@timboslice980 lol. Yeah, that's the major holdup. We just can't do it.
Very important. Former Catholics have claimed Clement taught faith Alone. Much needed teaching here.
Always a pleasure watching the Church Fathers 💐💜✝️
Amen 🙏

Keep up the good work brother. I learn a lot from your masterful presentations 💪
thanks, William.Great videq!God Bless!
So..... Protestants cherry-pick the Fathers the same as they cherry-pick the Scriptures? And we expected something different why?
Love these writings of the Early Church Fathers. Thanks and God Bless William 🙏✝️🙌❤ Looking forward to the next video, always learning more.
Another 🔥 session. Thank you, William and blessings to you and yours. 🙏🕊✝️
Thank you, William! Very edifying.
Great session, bro. Taking notes📝

Inspiring narration !

2nd Clement was found together with the others in Codex H I think it was. I lean toward it’s authenticity myself.

Great video. This is a topic I love. I would love to see that Ephesians 2 video. Would be interested in Romans as well. Thank you!!

Yeah, some people do that unfortunately. But works done by grace and in Christ definitely contribute to justification.
