For studio series scorn, they should upscale that scorn to leader class and repaint him to the colour he is in the movie, which is grey mixed with a dirty red and brown sort of look
I wouldn't even mind if they just edited this guy for the studio series, but they're probably going to focus on the other dinobots first because this guy holds up a lot better than they do. I can relate though, Slug could really use an upgrade.
Let's be honest: Even if he wasn't in this film, any battleship-sized robot dinosaur with a penchant for cannonball-backflipping into battle deserves at least a voyager.
I agree, but a voyager is the absolute lower limit. Voyagers tend to be better toys than most leaders this day and age, too...

just to note, this Scorn scales almost perfect with Voyager Grimlock in dino mode because the Spinosaurus was larger than a Tyrannosaurus

I rather have it scientifically accurate but well that's my opinion, Spinosaurus was larger then a Tyrannosaurus.
Its Esparza only in robot mode, in dino mode they were about the same size

I like how Scorn beefed up. But his personality is okay. More smart Dinobots are needed in this day and age.

i really think this figure was a test for the studio series, mainly because it fits in so well along with the detailing matches up with the studio series.
At least one cool thing came out of the bay films, MORE ROBOT DINOSAURS. I actually like scorn’s design in those films and am planning to custom paint this figure to a more G1 style color scheme, I think he will make a great addition to my “modded G1” collection.
Wow...this Bayformer design actually looks GOOD. I'm pleasantly surprised.
I think when they created Scorn's spinosaurus model they took the spino part literally.
Maybe the original toy sold really well and Hasbro was happy with themselves. I would say he looks more like a rival to Grimloc than anything else.

My only issue with it is when they give figures to characters who werent in it and not those who were. Dotm did this and i think so did rotf.

This is one of two voyager class figures that I want.The other wave 3 figure I want is the Voyager Nitro Zeus.
Hopefully they do a studio series for this guy

Alabama fan 27 nitro has light piping and an actual face of the ksi boss on the package but they painted the one eye over the face. I think they were going to release a Ksi boss figure during aoe.

Energise majority of it is but if you shine a strong enough light on it you can see extra eyes through the paint. I think they were going to make a ksi boss toy from age of extinction

Honestly. I feel that all Dinobots should be at least Voyager at bare minimum. Then Scorn and Grimlock should be Leader class.

Wave 2 is finally showing up in my area. I picked up Scorn and he's great. both modes are fantastic.

Why do you like this hollow piece of transformer excuse? I'm mad cuz I want that dinosaur...but that hollowness...it also does a bad job hiding the robot parts from the dino mode and viceversa.
He was in it,he wasn't red,he was in front of grimlock ,then grimlock move him out of the way to confront Optimus Prime,well he wasn't in the last Knight,but in AOE
My speculation on why he got a new figure was because he was most people's favorite dino from AoE. Most collectors I know that like movie figures loved his deluxe (me included).
I really wish Slash would have got a new figure. He was awesome but so missed the mark.
Also...why does Scorn have Lord Farquaad's chin?
I guess he got a new toy to fix the scale with Grimlock. In AOE, he was taller than Grimlock (even though the robot mode is still shorter in the toy).

I wish he made a reappearance in the last knight, but he must have went off somewhere after age of extinction and was most likely elsewhere doing is own thing seeing as they were free at the end. Plus gotta remember we weren't sure how long lockdown had them captured for

He was going to be in the movie. He would've been single-handedly preventing the destruction of Hong Kong by breaking bits of Cybertron into tiny pieces because Scorn. Sadly, it was cut.
I think hes a stand in for the red knight you see at the start of the movie.

I love this figure it's easily the best dinobot figure in the last knight line (unless they revamp Grimlock as well fingers crossed)

Y'know, it would be better if Scorn has an alternate form which is his Spinosaurus form just like the Kami Trio, Primals, and Kyurem.

even though he wasn't a scientifically accurate spinosaurus or one of the original dinobots, Scorn still looks pretty cool. think I might have to get him when I find him

I haven't seen anything but the pre-movie waves of deluxe and voyager figures, and TRU already has them on buy 1 get 1 40% off. I don't think I'll be seeing any of this line. And there are several I really actually want.

I think Hasbro made new Scorn toy so collectors can put it on AOE collection as Scorn wasn't in the 5th TF film, which is shame as Scorn should have been in The Last Knight. I still hold my wish that Hasbro would do The Last Knight Onslaught.

To answer emgos question to scorn existing is probably alot of people would like a more accurate version or they never got the chance to find him nor get him in AOE. And I know hes a repaint slight retool but when do u guys think he would reveiw last knight grimlock

I still wish for repaints of Snarl and Slog since I didn't get them because I wasn't even aware AOE was a thing. Anyways I know some people won't want a repaint of prexisiting molds lol
