Hi @@TheRobsoR good day why red and gray ink need to fill with white ink Do you have any theory? And as per ink store no DTF Gray link is that true only white, magenta, cyan, yellow.black is available for DTF ink?
Because sometimes your carts can collapse, look like they’re filled up and not allow more inks in. So weighing them will ensure they’re at least 20g/ml.
Yes, you need the chipless firmware in order to continue printing. Without it, you will continue to have to replace the carts. The firmware bypasses the chip so you can continue to use the same carts and just refills them.
Your videos are very informative . Pretty new at this XP-15000 game. Your video describes refilling cartridges with DTF ink. My question is does this same procedure work for regular ink (paper posters etc) . If so , do you sell that type of ink? If not , can your recommend an alternative source? Thank You.
Thank you for visiting my channel! Yes, if you have the chipless firmware (on my website customdesignpress.com) installed, you can use regular ink and keep refilling the carts. I unfortunately don't sell regular ink, only DTF inks.
My carts empty but for some reason it won't accept anymore ink. Like if it's full, the ink will overflow. Idk if it might be clogged or something or damaged? Any recommendations?
hi, i not sure who to ask but i wanna hear your opinion. I create custom waterslide decals for my hotwheels toy cars. Unfortunately when using OEM ink, my decals struggle to show through when applied to my model cars that are in any other colours besides from white especially with dark colours. Do DTF inks solve this problem? i am wondering if i can print onto transparent waterslide decal sheets with dtf inks.
I’m new to this but I am having some issues with my xp15000. I’ve always hit replace ink cartridge. What does removing maintenance box vs hitting replace ink cartridge do?
Pulling out the maintenance box will reset just your levels. Where if you're doing ink cartridges, it will sometimes trigger a 4 minute cleaning. So resetting your inks via the maintenance box allows you to refill your inks and continue printing
@@CustomDesignPress ok gotcha. Ok. I have a ciss and for some reason I’m not getting any ink out of red or grey. I weighed them which I only learned to do after watching your video lol and they were 24g. So it’s like they’re full but my machine isn’t registering it and I kind of thought maybe it was because I kept hitting replace ink cartridge instead of just pulling out the maintenance box.

When you print with your converted xp-15000 are you using cadlink? I've asked around numerous places but I'm having issues with printing. Every print that comes out there's a 2inch margin/boarder before it physically starts printing. Are you getting the same issues with your print? If not, what are your settings/film size? Thanks!
Yes, using cadlink. The margins is most likely the film you are using. Whether it’s glossy or matte. Sometimes the printer has a hard time reading the film

Red and Gray = White color for DTF

Is there a way that an xp 15000 can print onto mylar?
I believe you would need uv dtf
Its really that is easy ? no other steps? Just pour right in to the original carts? (of course after emptying and cleaning)

Depends on how big your prints are
