Man I just surpassed 2 years on SR and I couldn't have said anything you just said better in any way. You simply can't even begin to comprehend how profound the difference is between SR and the classic ejaculation lifestyle. Motivation is through the roof, everything around you is stunning, you have enormous control over your train of thought and can control almost everything in your life from top to bottom. Failing is not something to fear anymore but rather something you want to do to get better. It's a total shift in mindset. Those things were almost impossible for me before SR. Instead of getting frustrated about the things I don't have I am now really happy for the things I do have. I have realized how wealthy I really am and that has made me super grateful and appreciative. The funny thing is that reality isn't linear at all. Before I used to think that A --> B --> C. Now I understand that A --> X --> E etc. When I stopped feeling frustrated I could attain the things I previously were frustrated about having more easily. Paradoxical... How's your journey going? =)

Retaining levels up your life exponentially beyond that of a normie. You're already aware of your social conditioning, and retaining helps you truly breakthrough. I'm 8 days into retention with over a month of no PMO and my life has never been better.

Hey Seb, long time viewer here. I recently stumbled across IFS therapy and read a book by its founder. It helped me understand reasoning behind my impulsive behaviours a lot. It could somehow be related to "shadow work" that you spoke about in your previous videos. It helped me realize my past traumas and the real reasons why I would take on destructive habits and actions. Plus it helped me also not demonize these parts of me that were acting out and after I understood them, I could finally become more conscious and let go them.
One thing that’s hard for me to do about the good life is actually doing good things. Like, what should I do? I don’t know what I could do to put my energy in I’m 2 weeks in right now, great video and keep fighting!💪🏼
I think I was trying to be 'okay' with masturbation for a while by not admitting that it actually is harmful on many levels. even while I was on semen retention. I think now I have to be totally opposed to the idea of masturbation because me forgetting how debilitating it is leads to relapse. At the same time if i make it too important I also relapse. I guess I gotta just be applying myself to life so much that I don't even think about the topic.
