Fyi I don't know how familiar you are w those moray eels, you do not want to get bitten by one it will put the hurt on you. Great fishing spot be sure to return.
Hahaha yeah I know they have nasty teeth like pythons I think. Once they latch on its extremely hard to remove. Thanks for watching. Hope you have a fishy weekend 🤙🏻
Can see your disappointment in your tarpon getting sharked, but common danger hanging big fish. Love your style of fishing by doing whatever works and keep it as simple as possible. Also to be a successful fisherman it takes hard work like you have fun doing. My Dad took me down some long paths and used baits (real green worms, catalpa caterpillars, and minnows) that others didn't put in the work to get. Thanks for inspiring me to get my one man seine out for minnows and rolling over creek rocks for hellgrammites or crayfish. Looking forward to getting salty soon down in Charleston like you've done.
Great video, if you want to fish the jetty on the kayak again let me know? I live in that area and have a couple different ways to fish that spot and produce a lot of snook. There’s a ton of spots close to jetty as well.
Any reason you don't quick-snell? A single uni knot to the shank, do it before tying the leader on and go through the eye, then tie the leader on. IF the leader is tied already, a quick-snell is the best way to fish the hook as if snelled. With circle hooks, the geometry of in-line pull can matter, more with offset circles.
I love it that you don't complain about about catching jacks. So many guys cry about catching one of the hardest pulling fish in the ocean and it boggles my mind. A 20 pound Jack will make a grown man cry lol. If you can find a place to catch a bucket of moonfish AKA lookdowns they are big Snook candy out at the tip of the jetty on the flood
Dude rich you’ve inspired me to be a striper FIEND DUDE!!! Best decision I’ve ever made man. I know how to fish and I’ve been fishing my whole life all 32 years of it and I’ve never been into striper fishing but NOW I’m a lure guy who drives everywhere in Jersey to hunt for those Slobs!! Thanks dude I try to watch all your vids to gain as much info as I can!! Tight lines bro 🤙🏼 🤙🏼 🤙🏼!! Great video btw 👊🏼
the worst thing that can happen is be on a slanted rock with a hard fish pull then getting sharked and almost falling into the jetty cause theres no line tension anymore
Rich what took you so long to hook up? Great video, can you say what part of Florida it is? Will be moving there in a while, leaving L.I. East End for warm weather all year long.
Hey rich I have one recommendation when u cast a mullet out leave ur bail open and let the mullet do it’s thing it entices the bite more and gets u more eats😃😄😄
I like how you do kayak fishing, boat fishing and shore base fishing. Great variety. Thanks for keeping it fresh!
Next is poke polling for trophy eel
Can´t believe you only got 173k subs with that quality content! Keep going with the fantastic work. So much fun to watch
I’ve literally never subscribed to a TH-cam channel before but you deserve it. Just subscribed. Love the videos.

@@FishAholicTV Great fishing spot. There is a YT video of a man loosing his whole thumb to a moray it was bitten clean off.
One of my favorite channels. Rich your videos are super in everyway dude. Thanks.

Your videos are so entertaining and informative. They relax me almost like I'm there! God Bless and tight lines in 2022!
Thanks for showing off what gear you use! Next time I'm in FL I'll have to try that long of leader. Those fish can really fray the line!

That inlet is sick we kayak to it. 3 am during mullet run best nights I’ve ever had.
I like cycling and fishing. Your video seem to make me had an idea how to make the two benefits one another. thank you.
That was bad ass! You got sharked! 😎
Most underrated fishing content creator.
Sweet bike sir‼️, great content stoked to see your back in Florida 🤙💪

damn bro thats the life. welcome to Florida
Solid day right there
Yeah man 🤙🏻tight lines!
Well done 👍✅
Nice jacks
Sick video Rich!
Great intro.
awesome video
How often do you have to reapply the pro cure is it once and done or what
Looks like a moray eel but I thought they only lived in deeper water!?
Nice fishing Rich! Where was this area?
Such a beautiful day and beautiful area. No crowds. And in saltwater you take your chances right lol. Great video again.
7:47: lil guy got away
Dope day
Damn man this was one of your best vids,I remember you hitting this spot before, loved it.
Can’t beat a day like that in beautiful weather
where is this i would love to know i am going to florida in a month or so and i would love this
Is that st lucie inlet?
15:46 beautifuuul hit.. I watched again and again..
Haha glad to hear you enjoyed it man! Tight Lines!!🎣
Also I wouldn’t really keep a nice snook like that at a spot like this. The fillets would probably spoil in the heat before I got back home.
That was awesome this is a spot to return too. Lots of action.
Also check out the channel GT BUSTER.
Are you doing guide trips while in Florida for the winter?
I plan on it. Kinda putting the pieces together
the worst thing that can happen is be on a slanted rock with a hard fish pull then getting sharked and almost falling into the jetty cause theres no line tension anymore
where exactly in florida were you fishing?
Rich what took you so long to hook up? Great video, can you say what part of Florida it is? Will be moving there in a while, leaving L.I. East End for warm weather all year long.
Is the best👍
Any experience using the rapala x-rap for stripers?
Yeah they definitely will work. You got to use the saltwater versions with the stronger hooks.
Note to self- buy the voodoo 🦐
Fiiiiishhhh onnnnn
What size reel are you using??
What type of fish net is that?
are you from florida? where at?
Nice video again. Can't say I would be stepping next to those eel, I like my ankles where they are.
Hey rich I have one recommendation when u cast a mullet out leave ur bail open and let the mullet do it’s thing it entices the bite more and gets u more eats😃😄😄
Hello , where this place ???
Whereabout were you fishing?
Wooa 😍
Yeah!
Imagine having the whole jetty only for yourself!!!.Why this doesn't happen to me?
Great video. Check out the Rec Room in Charleston!
Thanks Charles, I will 🤙🏻
Ohhh!!!
Where is this location? General...not the spot?
