Congratulations Todd!!! You are the winner of the Predator BK Rush Jump Break Cue. I need you to contact me as soon as possible so we can arrange delivery!
@@isurmise2424 Hello! The stinger has a little bit larger of a tip diameter, so you get more of a 'true strike' with it. Contact point of the cue ball for jumping is a little bit more forgiving as well. WITH THAT SAID, the CF shaft on the BKRush is much stiffer and does not flex as much as wood, so if you strike true you will get more action on the ball (for the most part). In addition, the butt/shaft of the BKRush is lighter overall, allowing you get transfer more power into break shots. I actually have to dial it back a little bit on breaking so that I can control the cue ball a little more. Overall, practice will allow you to get used to one over the other. Good luck!
Took a few decades of pool and my game would’ve been so much better if I had TH-cam back in my day… Thank you for your videos, you have made my game better! Thank you
I have been playing pool for years just for fun. I now play in a league and watch your videos to pick up tips. Your videos are always informative. I have tried some of them and I am a better pool player because of you.
Another great video as usual Chris. I doubt lightning will strike twice and I win another cue, but you never know. Regardless if I win or lose I love your videos and I think its amazing how you give these away to people free of charge, it just shows the kind of man you really are. I hope God blesses you and your family!
I love your tips and tricks, and I love the fact that you showed two perspectives on the shots, plus slow motion, plus the Predator break speed app. The more visual detail I can get on the instructional videos, the more I can learn and hopefully the bette4 I can play. Thanks! Sharing now….
Always enjoy your unbiased reviews. My friend has the BK Break cue without the Jump option. Nice to see a combination cue. Keep posting your videos. Michael (proud owner of the $300 Konllen Carbon Fibre cue which we discussed earlier).
Just recently got into billiards again after being away from a table for more than 10 years. Found this channel along with FXB and Dr. Dave, and you all have helped me tremendously. I rather like your livestreams where you go through your thought process and the what and why of the shots. Very nice.
That stick sounds like the remedy I am looking for to help me continue improving my break. You do great videos and your instruction manner is excellent. Easy to understand and easy to follow. Thank you.
I really like the jump break combination cues, but you do make a slight slight sacrifice in both to have it do both jobs when compared to having individual cues for both.
Great job and perfect timing on evaluating this break cue as I've been looking to purchase myself a new one. Keep up the great work with the videos they've helped me improve my game considerably.
I don't have a break cue or a jump cue. I just started watching your live streams and are really enjoying them. Keep doing them . I'm learning a lot and have been teaching others on my teams in APA.
Thank you for the great review... as I am vertically challenged as well... this would work great for myself too. I currently have the BK3, and have been considering the BK Rush myself. Once again, thanks for the review and keep the great content coming!
Thank you for the demonstration of the predator BK Rush cue. Jumping is a skill that I have yet to develop as I do not have a jump cue, or a break cue. I am at the level now where I would like to start playing in some of the local tournaments. Currently I devote 10 to 12 hours a week to practice and play.
I recently started considering to buy the predator jump break cue and you are the only one who did a review of it. Nicely done and I got everything I wanted to know from your video. I have a BK Rush with sports wrap and I love it so if I want to buy the jump break one, I will also go with sports wrap.
Seems like a really good break/jump cue. I really like your reviews on all the products you review. I plan on purchasing a carbon fiber break /jump cue this year(unless I am the lucky winner of this beautiful cue) 😁
I bought my first JB for 100 bucks. I've gotten pretty good at the jumps and have been thinking about upgrading for a while, this is one I've had my eye on. Thanks for giving me a good review on it to help me weigh out my options!
There's a lot of good options out there and you don't have to spend a lot of money. Just remember that a jump break won't be excellent at both. Usually an excellent break cue or jump cue, but not the other.
And a happy new year to you also. As with all of your videos that was a great demonstration of the use of a cue. The BK Rush not only breaks great but jumps great also. I have been playing pool for a good while and until recently have been trying to decide between a jump cue or a break cue. Your demonstration shows how much more sense it makes to have two in one. Keep up the good work.
Do I really need another cue? Well, I do have an spare slot in my cue rack for a BK Rush. So go ahead and send it. Thanks for all the great videos Chris. Looking forward to more of your APA matches in 2022.
Wow, just when I am starting to think my Action break/jump cue with a phenolic tip isn't my jam, you are doing a tasty giveaway! Super awesome 👍 . Nice video on the BK Rush cue.
Well Chris, I’m from Alberta, Canada and at 5’4” it hopefully meets the stature criteria for eligibility to win the break jump cue. Love your simple straightforward pool lessons! Thank you. Gerry Born
I like your videos Chris, I don't jump the cue ball coz I'm short but I used the angles for bank and kick back shots. I like that Predator BK Rush cue but I can't afford it. He he he. I play lots of pool but my cues are not as good quality like my opponents but then again I give them a great competition. I enjoy watching your videos. Thank you so much. Cheers.
Yes, enjoy your videos. 3 ball break in 1 = graze head ball solid 2nd ball w/draw Medium speed 1ball hits side 1 ball banks one rail cross side corner 2 ball goes 1 rail long to corner 3 ball goes to pocket. if speed is wrong you can scratch. Everything correct three balls one shot.
The review on the cue was helpful and really timed perfectly with playing pool at home. I just got my dad to start playing pool again and he hasn't touched a pool cue in 15 years so now we've been looking for good break cues. So this definitely helped.
All Predator products are top-notch. This is a great review, Chris. I loved my BK3, and I have wanted to get the Rush. Once again, another solid and fair review!
I get my first ever high end cue and break cues tommorrow! I got the Predator Sport 2 Black with Revo 12.4 19 ounce kamuki tip and the BK rush 19 ounce! I am so so excited.
It's a great cue, a very nice break and jump cue, one that I would never be able to buy, a pricey cue, but it plays very well, another great review,Chris!
Happy New year to you too that has been a wonderful presentation I wish I can buy one of those . I'm just an old guy playing APA for 2 years and has been a wonderful experience to me thank you.
Nice breaks & jumps Lil' Chris!! I'm sure your abilities play as much of a role as the cue itself, nonetheless the cue seems to deliver effortless power transmission to the cue ball! I'll be happy to give it a shot if the pool gods want to make it come my way ;p
I personally love the "Sandbagger" shirt. Great review! My McDermott i-1 should be arriving today. Looking forward to trying out a dedicated break cue for the first time.
Hey Chris, nice review. I'm new to 8-ball and 9-ball, just joined the APA about 6 months ago. I've never used a jump cue yet, but I am now at the level where I think I need to start. Thanks for all the tips!
Well the locals here think I'm a hustler anyway... So adding this cue to my case wouldn't hurt my image and with practice I might even be able to jump balls. I have only done one legal jump in my life and that was with someone else's new jump cue who didn't know how to use it. I tried it and it worked... I didn't say I made the object ball but at least I jumped the ball that was in the way. Hopefully you get a lot of views on this and are able to send the cue out soon. Love the videos.. thanks for the good work.
Good review. I have a Predator BK III which is a decent break cue, although I've been wanting to try the Predator Rush break cue. Thanks for having this excellent TH-cam site.
First time making a comment your videos have been very helpful liked the demo on the cue looking forward to seeing more videos thanks for making them i started playing pool 2 years ago now a skill level 4 in apa most of my training is watching the videos then trying the shots thanks
Hey Chris I was watching your live screen a little while ago I know your hand had to be hurting but you kept on going that's why you'll reach 1 of your goals your not a quitter and you are a good shooter so keep it going your going to make it guy later
Great shot! That is one of my weakness jumping balls, but still trying hard to fullfil this goal to add it to my arsenal, wish i could have one cue like that. Thank you for sharing your skills. God Bless and long live to be able to share more knowledge about this game of Pool. Thank you Lil!
Excellent demonstration as always Lil’ Chris. As someone that has been using a 25 oz. Rage break/jump cue, I’ve come to realize lighter is better. Ive heard mention of the Predator BK Rush but did not know all the particulars. I’ve been contemplating which jump cue I should purchase and I like what you’ve highlighted in this cue. My height at 5’9” should not be a factor either so thanks for pointing that out as well. I too like the wrap on my Predator Sport 2 shooting cue but don’t mind not having a wrap on a break cue as my rage is wrap free and I am comfortable with it. Thanks once again LC for doing such a great job profiling this cue… I’m sold. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Aloha Chris, been watching your channel for a while and learned alot. I like watching your matches and the way you play. Never tried the BK break cue, but would love to try it. Have a Wonderful and Blessed day. Keep the videos coming. Mahalo. Ken
Sweet demo!! I’m blown away how easily you got it to jump with spin. That’s not easy for me! Respect! The break part is enticing. Would love to try it out. Happy new year!
That is a really nice cue I've heard really great things about predator. Hopefully some lucky person gets to take that home. Love the videos Chris always enjoy watching
Thank you for the review! I would love to test it against my maple Stinger break/jump cue. But even bigger thanks for introducing me to the break speed app! Sorry, got to go and check my break speed
I've been struggling with whether to pick up a break cue or a jump cue so I've been looking at this cue. Looks like it would be perfect for me. Thank you for the review!
Thorough and informative as usual! Great job Chris! I've heard from a couple people that have this that they feel something was lost with the combo. So it is interesting to hear your perspective. I've always wanted to try it out!
just recently bought a pool table for my home. So far I have regular ~100 eur cue and I am looking for a jump / break cue, but this one is way above my budget. But videos like this show me what the pricier gear is capable of

I e been looking at break cues because I’m tired of using questionable house cues to break with. Great content as always Chris. Keep up the great work!
I'm getting back into shooting pool after about 20 years with very little shooting. I never owned a cue, recently got a playing cue that really gave some consistency to my game, now looking at jump/break cues to take it to the next level. The BK Rush looks like a solid investment to reach that goal
One of my players on my nine ball team has the BKRush but not the jump cue and it does hit like a wrecking ball when he connects. Thanks for the chance and great demonstration of the cue!
Nice review! I have a break cue my cue maker made for me many many years ago that I just love, been trying to find a jump/break cue to replace as it is actually a really good sneaky pete too lol. Thanks for all you do for us players! Stan
Always great content from you Chris, it doesn't really matter who wins the prize, learned a lot from your videos and other Channels that provide similar content thanks to you're knowledge of pool and other Channels I've recently won my first tournament with youtube as my teacher.
Great footage and angles of the breaks for all the different game types. The cue seems really nice, very high price point though. Love your vids man, I've definitely learned alot.
really good review, BK rush is one of my dream cue, really good at both jump and break. Just a little hope that i win this cue and have a nice day Lil'Chris
This is just in time. I’ve been looking at getting a bk rush. I like that black color too and am looking for a wrap less. There’s not many available right now, that’s for sure.
Very informative vid! Haven’t seen an extensive review on the BK Rush jump/break cue except in your channel! Will seriously consider getting one eventually! 👍
That thing looks great, sounds great -- and seems to work great!!! Awesome!!! ---- Now for me, it doesn't matter how you came across it, acquired it, or how much you paid (or not) --- it is yours. TBCH, it is no one's business ............... I know, but you choose to reveal that anyway -- which is fine; you owe no one any kind of explanation what-so-ever. It amazes me how many believe they are entitled to know. Truly enjoy your vids, keep up the good doin's. Be Safe
I love what you do for the pool community. You influenced me to shoot better practice harder and your direction helped in many ways. I hope to be the winner! Thanks Chris for what you do!
Very nice review video. I don't have a personal break stick yet, but have recently discovered the advantage of having one. Now I just need to work on my technique, which you have great videos for as well.
Love the vids Chris I'm in the market for a new break cue and have always wanted to try one of these! Hope you have a great year for yourself and the channel! Excited for what's to come
I sure could use a jump/break cue! I agree with you on having a wrap. I currently have a Purex jump/break cue that has the sport grip. Don't know why I think I need another cue since it has to be a cold day in hell before I use the jump portion of it. Jumping isn't my forte. I do like its break configuration though.
Just bought a McDermott stinger jump/break cue. Wouldn't mind another for comparison.
Happy new year Chris, best of luck to everyone
Congratulations Todd!!! You are the winner of the Predator BK Rush Jump Break Cue. I need you to contact me as soon as possible so we can arrange delivery!
Trying to figure out how to message, sorry at league right now finishing up
So how is the BKRush+ comapred to the McDermott Stinger? I have the stinger currently and was thinking about getting the BKRush +

Great job and perfect timing on evaluating this break cue as I've been looking to purchase myself a new one. Keep up the great work with the videos they've helped me improve my game considerably.
That's one hell of a break cue with tremendous power. Thanks for the awesome review, glad you thoroughly tested this cue both in breaking and jumping.
Great review. Great 2-in-1 cue. Keep up the great videos. I love how you go into depth but don't get too technical. Cheers.
Great video!!! I’ve found break cues are definitely more a feel thing. I’ve preferred a house cue over some break cues I’ve tried.

Ron, take a look at the JFlowers break or B&J cue. Genuine leather sports wrap, half the price of the BK Rush.

just recently bought a pool table for my home. So far I have regular ~100 eur cue and I am looking for a jump / break cue, but this one is way above my budget. But videos like this show me what the pricier gear is capable of
Great review! I’ve looked at the BK Rush line for a while and could never bring myself to pull the trigger. The convenience of a jump/break is wonderful! I currently have a Lucassi jump/break mated w/ a Purple Heart shaft 😍🔥. Hope to add this one to the case!

I love what you do for the pool community. You influenced me to shoot better practice harder and your direction helped in many ways. I hope to be the winner! Thanks Chris for what you do!
Love the cue. Watch all of your training videos but first time commenting because I'm rely digging the cue alot! Keep the videos coming Chris. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Very nice review video. I don't have a personal break stick yet, but have recently discovered the advantage of having one. Now I just need to work on my technique, which you have great videos for as well.
I can't afford that cue. But I play APA league. It would be great owning one. Nice review Lil Cris. Stay safe.
Great review. Haven't bought a cue since the early 90s. A lot has changed!
Nice review!! Would be interesting to that cue. Keep doing the good videos you do :) I wish you a happy new year!
Another great review Chris...keep up the good work...really enjoy the race to 100!
Glad to see this cue work. I’ve been looking at one for a while.
Way to ring in the New Year Lil’ Chris! Good luck everyone!
Great review Chris. Nice to hear the pros and cons. Pretty sweet cue!!!
Great videos! I just started shooting pool a little over a year ago, your instructional videos have helped me improve my game considerably.
