Be it court or DM every one is busy, so it made no difference. Main reason for the delay is not able to bring more kids faster into the system. Strict laws against buying n selling of kids even if it is for adoption by childless parents shud be brought in.

Yes, its JJ model amendment rules 2022, in which, it is made clear that pending cases of adoption will be heard by district magistrate for faster process of adoption.
