नमस्ते सर, मेरा एक सवाल है, अगर किसिनें अंतर पारिवारिक दत्तक ग्रहण किया हो तो क्या उस बच्चे का उसके पहले घर पे कुछ अधिकार रहता है या नहीं? और अगर ये दत्तक ग्रहण 1956 के पहले किया गया हो तो क्या अधिकार रहेगा उसके पुराने घर पे?

बहुत jankari दी sir आपने। लेकिन आपने पहले भी बताया और बाद मे भी बताया कि जिसके पास पास पहले से एक बेटा है वो गोद नहीं ले सकता। लेकिन lecther के बीच मे आपने बताया की 2006 में इसमें संसोधन किया है की एक ही इसमें कोई दिकत नही है, एक ही लिंग के कई बच्चे गोद लिए हैं। और last मे आपने बताया की जिसके पास पहले से लड़का है, या pota है वो गोद नहीं ले सकता।

I was adopted by Say (X) at the age of below 1 year only on oral basis without Hindu adoption law or without law of adoption.
Main points
1. I went to my original parents and married a woman under presence of my original parents in 2005 . My own parents did my marriage. After I went to my original parents my adopted father sold his self acquired or self owned property in 2011 to his brother in-law's son.
2. My adopted father was dead in 2020 December, I came on his death day after 15 years and I did funeral formalities as per Hindu formalities as a son to my adopted father.
3. My adopted mother is alive now living with his own brother.
Q1. Can I put a case against my adopted mother how sold property without my permission?
Q.2 is there any law to cancel those sold property
Q.3 can I ask through court what they did with Money they sold property.
Major questions
Q1 . If i can claim under what section I can forward
Q.2 If not what section are against me

Utkarsh Srivastava there is no provision of adoption under Muslim and Christian law. They can claim guardian ship under the “Guardians and Wards Act 1890”.adoption procedure is same for all religions if done under the Juvenile Justice ( Care and Protection of Children)Act 2015.
