This all to well haha. Because in my personal experience with amazon. I started off as a seasonal temp hire. Then worked up to be a PA at the site i was at. I do agree that AMs and PA do go hand and hand however its who your AMs are. Because in my experience I was treated as more of an AM then a PA if that makes sense. Good PAs have a unique ability to handle the work. I was running shift during PEAK while the AM was on vacation and honestly some days were tough but my team performed at their best.
@ ship dock is chill & more lenient in my experience it’s hard to get write ups in that department as we gotta wait for the work load to come down to us. You could disappear for 20/30 mins no one would say a thing. But I’ll agree it is a lot of work at times.
Bruh it’s difficult sometimes especially when you’re the only Pick PA on your shift. I’m night shift but ever since my other PA went to learning, it’s been me for a couple months now. There are times when I cannot handle it with some Associates but in the end it’s just a job and everyone has stuff going on in their life. I was told that apparently I’ve been doing very well even by myself from the Sr. Ops/ site leader. Please no more on my plate lol.
Honestly I think that they should get rid of the pa’s and make them manager. And the learning ambassadors give them the pay that the pa’s cuz At my site they are struggling to get ambassadors that would give people more of an incentive to become one
