Regarding reaction times. 250ms is only just for pre decided response, like you've decided to press a button once the whole screen goes red with a random timing. Reaction times for multiple choice require recognition and differentiation between multiple choices and that is much close to 23+ frames in Tekken. Blocking lows faster than 22f on reaction is generally night impossible. You can block a 20f move on reaction but you have to decide beforehand if you are going to block low or mid, if you mix in a 20f mid with the 20f low, you will not be able to do this with any consistency.

This is why lots of people will say drags hatchet or kazuyas db1+2 is "reactable" when in reality no pro blocks them on reaction consistently.
I've been able to consistently react to Leo's df2+3 low while the bot is also to do the d2 mid where both options have the same start-up frames at i21.

E.g. 1 followed by the move, and in another slot 1,2 followed by the same move. All moves I am exercising get the same two different prefixes. I vary the prefixes between training sessions. I think this helps with learning to identify when a move ends and another one starts.

Can you do an anti Eddy video next? He seems really strong and I have no idea what to practice against him. I’ve watched your videos on Eddy stance but I’m wondering if a similar training drill could be created for Eddy.

it's a shame you can't save loadouts for regular use of this without needing to set it up every time
