I am going to become an engineer, there is no doubt in my mind as to what field I want to work in but I am incredibly torn. I love Formula One, I have actually worked for Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team but I also love roller coasters and theme parks. Pay in an engineering job doesn't matter to me, what I care about is whether I'm having fun doing it. I turn 18 next year so I need to make a decision quick, I could get an apprenticeship at Thorpe Park or at Mercedes...
How old do you have to be to do a roller coaster Engineering apprenticeship at Thorpe Park? This is something that really fascinates me, and i'd love to give it a go.
+joseph saville (jeff120hardy) I'm only 14 (turning 15 on the 25th August) and I actually live 2 hours away from Thorpe park. However my dad has a house in Shiplake, which is right next to Henley, so if I were to get an apprenticeship I could catch the train from Shiplake station and go to Thorpe Park that way like I have done before.
Thorpe please answer when will the derren brown ghost train answer plus I'm 13 I've been to every merlin park I want to work with coasters when I grow up save me a spot XD
All my friends told me that they want to be salesmen and astronauts etc and when I said I wanted to work to operate a coaster at Thorpe Park and they where laughing at me
I love how this was filmed at the swarm and outside everything looks all destroyed but inside it’s so technical
They could hire some more engineers to help open the ghost train that has been delayed by almost 3 months.
