oh I hope so... I was concerned about that and it had me pondering the pico 4 pro instead. although doubt pico 4 pro will be sold in the U.S. anytime soon.
I just had a video a couple weeks ago that was all about the pico neo and neo pro, but you’re right I should have included them as well in this video. What regions are they releasing in this month?
@@developRHUNT So from what i have read the release will be worldwide. Aggressive pricing on the Pico Neo to compete with the Meta Quest 2 and the Pro looks to compete with the new Meta headset. Finally buying my first headset end of the year and really happy to see how quickly the virtual world is growing. Love the content. keep it up!
@@henry4686 Thank you I appreciate it! I love how quickly VR is growing as well! Will most likely create another video about the pico covering it's launch!
At this point, I would definitely wait until October to hear what the new “Quest Pro” has to offer! If the price/features end up being overkill for your particular use case, then the quest 2 is still a good option! If you are strictly into gaming and have a ps5, I would DEFINITELY hold off until the PSVR2
@@developRHUNT i am interested in pcvr my pc is decent i have a bit over minimum so it should work but i really want it because ive had this as a dream for like seven years
@@rasputinspimp9043 That's exactly how I was! I was holding off for the PSVR2 but decided to get a Quest 2 because I wanted to begin making a VR game/devlog series which is how I started this channel! FYI, half life alyx on pcvr is a life changing experience. It is SO GOOD!
I dont understand why people still complain about the missing light cover...we already have so many pictures where you can see a version without gap, so there will be something to attach to it. But to show how thin the new headset is, and to tease the new AR/XR functionality, it is often shown without side enclosures. So yes..even it is not for gaming only, you will still need full VR without light leaking for a lot of other applications too...and this headset is meant to be fully flexible.
In tomorrows video, I am including an update about the side covers! I just hope they come with the headset out of the box rather then be an accessory you need to purchase in addition to the headset!
Yes I agree! They are going to need to give devs time which is making me think the time from announcement to launch is going to be longer then normal for apple products
supposedly the cambria comes with an accessory which closes the gap where you can see to the sides to prevent light leak when gaming
That would be ideal!

Pico Neo and Pico Neo Pro releasing this month not being covered?

Hyped bro!
Same! I’m ready for some new vr hardware!
Great video
Thank you! I really appreciate it!
Apple wont launch their headset until the end of 23. They need to get devs reved up at WWDC next year with realityOS.
