Good video however, I was getting seasick from all the head bobbing. Gets pretty hard to watch. A chest mount would be much more stable. I am envious you have all that fun!
I was plowing snow with my 1025R on the same day lol. It dumped a foot of snow here in south Kentucky which is virtually unheard of here. I had to use my FEL as needing a blade or snowblower is useless ( accept this time!). Anyhow enjoyed watching you work the 54" blade. These little tractors are worth every penny when you need them!
+JohnnyRebKy - We had around a foot whenever I started plowing. We ended up getting an additional 6-7 inches the next day. I stayed quite busy. Ended up plowing all of the neighbor's driveways. I screwed up a hydraulic fitting on the plow and ended up having to use the FEL for the last two driveways and it went a lot slower.
Hey nice job I own a 2016 John Deere x730 with a 54inch mower deck and 47inch Quik hitch snowblower and I love John Deere these tractors are power houses
Just a suggestion but a chest mount camera base would probably work better than the head mount. I used to big mountain ski a lot and was always a fan of the head mount but after seeing the stability of the video shot from a chest mount I'm thinking of trying to use the head mount as a camera harness for my cat somehow.
When push through heavy snow. Make a pass down your gutter lines first. Then move the snow in the middle to the outside. It will be a lot less with on both you and the machine.
+handcannonowns - The tractor had been warming for about 10 minutes before I started plowing. The red light that's illuminated on the dash was the parking brake. It had frozen up.
+James Hall I perferr plowing because I am used to a western plow on a F2-50 and I don't want my side yard were I park my equipment wet and muddy because my mower gets stuck so easy. plus my yard I mow 2 times a week to contain so.
Love the way the blade mounts to the tractor. Nice job

Great idea. I can see an advantage to that. I always started in the middle.
you can't get a wider blade to fit that? looks too small on there.
You're driving with your parking brake on...
want one
Nice video, do you ever feel like you need tire chains? Are you using any kind of weight?
was that in 4wd or 2wd
low or high
I hope you let it warm up enough so the temperature gauge needel was reading or your going to have big repair bill

Made me dizzy watching 😂.
Thinking about getting a 1025R and can't decide on a snowblower instead of a plow your thoughts
get a 1025r TLB and a plow. worth it so if you need a backhoe or loader in summer you can have that as well.
+Aiden Hubbs why a plow and not a snowblower?

James Hall plow FTW
It's more efficient to plow snow then blow it but if you don't have room to plow it, you have to blow it.
think you would do a better job with a blower considering the room you have !! you can blow it all far enough and cleaner ! ;)
La caméra fais défaut, la tête me tourne quand je regarde cette vidéo
For that much plowing, you’re using the wrong tool!
