this game had no right to be this good... but it was. i was played like a fiddle by Kojima-san, playing VR Missions before even Realizing that MGS was a real game. 5 games later, and he trolled me so hard that i have a unquestionable respect for the man.

Loved it, played the shit out of it and used to watch the trailers of the actual game that it has in the extra content but I thought it was like a promo for a future project (it was on japanesse). Like two years later I find out the game exists; it blew my mind, not to mention that I was an expert already with the mechanics of a game that I had never played before.

I used to get really scared when playing these missions because of the ost. I still have inner fear that won't go away
There's probably a liminal space fear thing because you're in this weird dark cold void and it all seems mysterious
10th mission is for all the players who'll quit and restart as the timer runs down.

I love these Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake remixes in the VR missions in MGS1 and MGS2. MG2 had one of the best soundtracks ever.
For me is even a better game than Metal Gear Solid
