    My dad always said grease is cheaper than parts. AC is a great thing about this time of year, nice you’re able to do that job.

      My grandpa said the same thing your dad said, it is very important. But it doesn't make it fun, lol. Thanks for being here and watching.

    Man that was some fast turn around on that warranty part!! Amazes me how many people I see that don't understand the the concept of the open end wrench!! Man yeah, air conditioning work!! That is so nice I bet when it's hot out!! My only service work is a new bungee to hold the door open!! Can't wait to see it in the fields!! Thank you for bringing us along, and look fwd to more!!

      As a former service tech I followed to many guy who had rounded off the bolt or nut because they didn't know. Now they call me and I'm dealing with it. After all there is a lot of R&D in that wrench, lol. Hopefully Monday the wheat video will be uploaded. If you don't have AC you expect it to be hot, but when you have AC and it stops working it is even more hotter, lol. It has to be a mental thing, lol. Let just say the wheat combine ride was 🔥🥵, lol.

      Thank you. I'm so far behind on videos. I started watching one of yours today at work and got side tracked with something. Hopefully tomorrow, lol.

    Looks like you've got it ready to go. Having the air working this time of year is a big deal. Mine has leaked down. I may need a lesson on charging it up before I start corn. Lol. Look forward to seeing the 6600 in wheat!

      Well I thought I had the AC working but it went out. So we finished with no AC. HOT day, lol.

      @@TAHDAHFarm I've never had working AC in a combine till now so I know how hot it can be. Even in the fall.

      I had problems last fall but then I remembered that I needed to close the heater valve that is down by the water pump. Then it got cold. But it didn't work this summer and it was 89 degrees and I don't know what in the cab, lol.

    I cut wheat last year in a 2366 Case IH. The A/C went out. I was miserable! Yep got to keep it going.

      The AC went out as soon as I speed the engine up. It went out on low pressure. It will get fixed before fall and converted over to R134a. Thanks for being here and watching.

    That be nice to have the equipment and knowledge to do your own A/C work.

    • @TAHDAHFarm
      @TAHDAHFarm  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is nice to have the equipment to work on them, but I got my rear end handed to me on this one. As soon as I started combining the wheat and the engine was speed up it cut out on low pressure. So I ended up with the door open and finishing because rain was coming for the rest of the week, lol. I'm going to have to replace some part and switch it over to R134a. R12 is just getting to hard to find anymore. I've heard it said before "knowledge is what you get right after you needed it it" lol. Thanks for supporting and the comments.

    That's good that you know how to do ac work. Most I can do is buy a can and put it in LOL

    • @TAHDAHFarm
      @TAHDAHFarm  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Usually put a can or 2 in and your good to go. But this had major AC problems when I bought it. I'm going to change what needed to be changed and that will make it R134a which will be better in that it is easier to get that refrigerator. Thanks for being here and supporting.

    I said the other day that greasing trucks at work is one job i hate doing.

      I need to put tubing on some of the grease locations because they are not easy to reach and some you can't even see. Thanks for being here and watching.

    I see some moron gave your video a thumbs down - that is a pet peeve of mine; especially given the work you do by your lonesome on a wide range of equipment. One of yours seems to be open-wrench placement lol (as you’ve mentioned it a couple of other times throughout the course of your channel).
    Anyway, Tim, as always I’m impressed by your skill-set. I’m also happy that you’re finally drawing near a thousand subscribers; even though I’ll have to endure the ad interruptions when you do. I wish you the best 👍🏻

      Thank you, you are an encouragement. The money will go the my church. If they are going to put that junk on my videos, then they will be giving it to God, LOL. I think that will be the most appropriate thing since they seem to not like Him, if you know what I mean. I just don't like it when it is in the middle of a word, what an interruption. Thanks again for being here and watching.
