As a lawyer, I'll offer this. You tell your client that in his deposition, he should answer questions truthfully, but answer them once. Because the other lawyer will try and ask the same question 60 different ways in hopes of getting the witness to say different things in response to each different foray. You don't want to do that, and it's fair to say, "I answered that question already." And then shut up. That's what Kirby's doing, and it's the smart thing to do. And god knows, no one has any duty to allow themselves to be rattled or sawed on by Trash news like Fox, which provably lies to its viewers (for decades) and isn't even really news. Oh, say! Remember Corey Lewandowsky's testimony in front of the congress impeachment investigation, when he said he "had no duty to tell the truth to news media"?
