Lollythepanda Omg In all honestly. I tried to look for a decent gaming pc. Anything with the GTX 1060 (Higher) is sufficient and cost between $1800-$2000. A powerful pc gaming with GTX 2060 could put you back roughly same price. That’s not including single or duel monitors.
For her it’s also basically a business expense. 8k on something which will easily make her that back 10 times over during the next couple of years. I believe Apple understand themselves that most users aren’t going to need what the 16” provides at that price.
Disney bought Maker Studios for one billion dollars, which iJustine was a cofounder and lead exec. All those founders invested their shares and retired. iJustine have been paid by Blip.tv and TH-cam, too. Justine must’ve have given Jenna a great job, considering her beachfront property. I cannot wrap my head around how wealthy they are. I can’t justify spending $300 for a laptop, phone, or TV.

I have a 2018 MacBook Pro 13 inch and tried out the 16 inch MacBook Pro today at Best Buy and man, the good keyboard is back, yay. Now I just have to wait until they release I presume the 14 inch one that will have the new keyboard, even though I am kind of used to the butterfly keyboard now. The speakers on the new 16 inch are insane.

Great review! I think you should do more tech videos, I really enjoyed your mix of humor and "ask your friends" format. Am stuck waiting an age to get mine because I cheaped out and went with reseller Expercom. Saved me about $450 plus sales tax so I got just below $6k for, I think, the same fully loaded configuration you got. But I am still waiting for my machine. How long did yours take to get?

Great, I sold my 12 inch and the old Alienware, and when Apple open here in London I am going to buy this, I am into electronics, and I would like in the future to know if they improve the components inside, and I am talking about the circuit and the chips also which manufacturer they use for the 16 inch display...imagine a great plate, but I like to know all the ingredients...

Did you notice audio pops when fast forwarding TH-cam videos or closing browser tabs with audio playing?
Jenna how much do you think a $5000 MacBook Pro would be worth after 4 years compared to an equivalent spec'd Windows laptop after 4 years?
I am sure someone has already pointed this out, but the trackpad does not move, so anything underneath it, if it were possible to get anything underneath it, would not affect it. The “clicking” you feel is vibration from the haptic feedback, it makes if feel like a click but there is no movement.
What if I accidentally spilled a glass of wine on my old MacBook 😂

A quad core MacBook? You can afford one. An older one. Look for one around 2013-2015 and you don’t have to shell out $7 G on a high end MBP. Love mine.

I maxed out everything except the storage ( 1 TB ) because I decided to buy the external SSD Lacie Thunderbolt 2 TB and Apple care with no taxes for a total of $4698.
i need to upgrade my computer as i have the 2017 Macbook and its so slow when its transferring Music to my Usb especially when i'm opening folders so frustrating.

There’s a cut off with older Macs. Up to 2012, they can run Catalina. With a few exceptions, those after 2013 can run Big Sur.
