Can anyone explain why this doesn't work for me?!!?! Every time I try and add the Alpha Track Matte, the liquid is NOT visible at all. I have the wave warp on, the keyframes placed but when I add the alpha track matte it makes the liquid disappear and even playing the sequence with keyframes does not show the liquid rising. WHAT IS HAPPENING?!?!

Anybody know how i can do this with a PNG file instead of a shape? I can't do the whole stroke fill thing... i just get a blue outline. Trying to use the effect to show a human body outline filling with water. thanks a lot in advance

i ended up making a separate shape layer, then drew a mask in the shape of the cup and then linked the liquid to that and it did the job

Hi Akmal, at the very very bottom left of your Ae screen there should be a button that says "Toggle Switches / Modes" and when you click it it should allow the track matte column to pop up. Hope that helps. Sorry for the late reply
