I totally agree the Sun Salutation part. I had hip injury, during this quarantine time, admittedly I didn’t do much on my own without the gym. My hip started having problems. Downward dog along wouldn’t do the trick anymore. The lounging sun salutation helped me slowly nurturing my hip back. Practicing with Jason, I learned and shared with friends that half sun salutation is yoga. It is accessible and beneficial to almost everyone. Thank you both.
I agree with what is been said, but when I do my own YIN YOGA PRACTICE, in the beginning, MEDITATION + BREATH + MANTRAS then YOGA POSES always counting 2ms maybe 3 minutes for each pose I feel comfortable & maybe need. then to the other 10ms, I make it FITNESS & YOGA POSES according to the fitness SET & REP Im gonna workout & I end with relaxation stretch yoga poses + meditation & NAMASTE. MY MEDITATIONS ARE VERY DEEP & IM GONNA BE GOOD IN MEDITATION SPEECHING bfr & after a YOGA PRACTICE. I know. I can go "there"...bring out ...heal, The FUNNY thing is that bkz I am LEARNING with my FAVORITE YOGIS = TEACHERS = MASTERS in the planet when Im doing a yoga pose I "hear" the voices saying something about the pose of the videos I practice & learned with them. Of course, JASON CRANDELL is one of them, by the way, the 1 who brought me back in practicing YOGA.
Absolutely! I enjoy & respect your experience in which you sincerely share. David Aaron...Chicago

Interested in the sequence asanas you recommend . example- forward bends before or after backbends or inversions only at the end etc.
