The problem is with that is this sport is growing and fighter's are trying to get paid so even do he is 27-0 conor is still a bigger name to pull in more money for then company so the thing is conor just has to get back on that winning road again and he will still be the highest paid fighter in mma

My grandpa as a young man was convinced photographs zapped your soul and that camera was a pure devils instrument and gave his word he would never have anything to do with. Late in his 60's he developed the love for bird watching. Fell in love with photographing birds and the family and left us with great memories through his vast collection of pics . Khabib is a great champion whether he keeps his word or not. People change, ideas change and that is good.

He's Irish, but that's least important. The thing is that although it's a fact that many (or rather most) of the British fighters (and even athletes, in general) act in a way that's quite disrespectful towards the opponent (and Conor tops them all, taking that idiotic type of behavior to a whole new level. If you'd noticed, many other fighters - especially in the US & UK - consciously, or not, are copying him, and act like fools on the press conferences, the face offs... and make the sport look like a circus, consisted of complete idiots, who know nothing in their lives, except fighting. Not even to properly greet their own grandmother.). Conor McGregor brought (and still does) this personal style on a level that'll make each decent person wanna throw up! I don't care if it's acting (to bring more crowd in front of the TV, or on the Internet, and make bigger profits), or a strategy (to gain psychological advantage), it doesn't matter! The guy shows TOTAL DISRESPECT for his opponents. And if you go back in the days, or at the very beginning, when the martial arts became official sport, respecting one's opponent was THE ESSENCE of the sport! Two fighters respecting each other, and then fight honestly, to show, or prove, which one's better, or which style is more powerful, etc... That's why many ppl (including myself) DON'T LIKE McGregor at all, and even wanted to see him lose, hoping that it may "teach him" how to treat his opponents the next time (although that's TOTALLY UNLIKELY to happen), and even more importantly, to show to the young and upcoming fighters that this type of behavior is everything BUT sportsmanship and honorable, and make a fighter look like a lowlife pimp who's high on drugs, and fights with whomever he crosses paths, without any reason, let alone make a sense! In other words, LOWEST TYPE OF BEHAVIOR a human being could show off, express!
But the main point (I wanna make) is that you shouldn't associate that abominable behavior presented by Conor (and other English athletes) directly with the fact that they're are English, or rather, British (even Irish, in his case). Although it's undeniable that the British contemporary pop culture has A HUGE INFLUENCE on creating ppl, and athletes, who behave this way! However, I still wouldn't go so far, to call these ppl "typical English", 'cause there are numerous English athletes that are a complete opposite of such assholes, and I doubt that English coaches, trainers, teachers, are advicing & teaching their students to behave this way!
P.S. I, myself, am NOT ENGLISH - just to make things clear, so that you shouldn't think that I'm defending "my own" English culture, or something alike... It's just an observation, from my (independent) point of view! And I hope you won't take it the wrong way, because it's only a friendly suggestion!
