These last five years of my life have been a wild roller coaster to be sure! The pain and baggage has never really gone away, I've just learned to co-exist with it. Vegan is slowly getting better and better. I’m also lactose intolerant so I go to them when I want something “cheesy”. There’s also an vegan Mexican spot near me that has quesabirria that is really good. Probably more options here near Los Angeles tho

Highly recommend Shabu Shabu hot pot and Korean BBQ off of West End Ave in Nashville! It's basically a buffet style of bbq meats, vegetables, with sushi and dessert included!
