I was at Kingston Mines club a few years ago and she was the house band! Awesome show, ironically enough I met her daughter in law serving at a bar earlier in the day. We had an Uber driver earlier in the day and asked where to go for the best blues experience in Chicago, Kingston Mines!

Everything about this performance is 100% honest to God great! From their instruments (nice Strat and LesPaul) to the talented musicians playing them... btw they are squeezing everything out of a relatively plain (but good) blues song... this is Joe Bonamassa good IMHO 👍

Same thing mid 80's...Kingston Mines...she was the rhythm guitarist for many Chicago figures there...Lefty Dizz...maybe Johnny Dollar..I forget.
