We wanted to add more than three bans since it added more to the challenge, and the lowest scoring person has two bans so we all had a reason to actually try and do well so we could avoid banning more of the weapons we might personally enjoy. Thank you for the comment!
Yes, they are for everyone so you would not be able to use it aside from a class ban contract as that is the only way you can temporarily use banned weapons. Hope this helped explain a little bit and were happy you enjoyed the new vid! -T
