As someone who has burnt out twice already before even finishing my master's, I've found that setting boundaries is definitely one of the most important lessons. I'm also a firm believer in positive nihilism: in the scope of the world at large (and the whole universe with it's unfathomable size of space and time) we are insignificant as individuals, so it would be most moral to strive for optimal hedonism for ourselves and others. Simply put, prioritise what brings you happiness now and in the long term & share a little altruism in the form of your time/money/stuff wherever you can spare it. AIso, it's totally fine if you find yourself in a place where you cannot help others. In that case just focus on getting well and hopefully you'll feel good enough one day to pay it forward ❤
