@@ButtonsCasey Yeah I know a lot of times they'll decide to model the characters after the voice actors, but it's just kind of funny in Lumiere's case because he's literally a face on a candle lol.
The case goes cold for 20 years. Some garage band journalist picks it up and tries to interview people about an incident that occurred 20 years ago. There's zero new information, but they catalog it and put it in to a podcast. The podcast catches a lot of interest as the amateur journalist can't find any new information, so they piece together a lot of loose associations and vaguely imply that certain pieces of "evidence" don't line up. The journalist gets a huge book deal from their first podcast series, but additional series flop hard because they don't hold the same weight, and their pattern of open-ended investigations with vague connecting threads gets tiresome, so people get bored and move on. The journalist realizes that their career peaked at 29, and they never find the motivation to pursue anything new again.
It would have been expected on her part if she was supposed to be a homemaker (per her husband) probably just a automatic thing when people come to visit.

A gold digger is in the relationship strictly for money. This woman was simply looking for a decent life--including a chance to WORK.
Reminds me of similar events that I believe Tom Leykis first talked about on his show (yeah, that's how far back this whole thing goes). A guy, very similar to this guy, socially inept and introvert, but makes good money at his job, goes to Russia/Ukraine and marries a local woman. After a while she finds life with him in the US too dull and starts a relationship with somebody who excites her more. But somehow, this relationship runs off the rails. The new guy kills her, the house in the valley where it happens looks a bloody mess, as does her corpse. Eventually, he is found dead from suicide in a hotel room in Mexico. Her husband, who seems incapable of feelings, closes himself off from everything that happened and goes on with his life. The End.
The more I watched this clip, the more I pretty much understand how the wife felt in this. Her own husband didn't want her to be her own person and do things she liked. Like he expected her to stay home like some house maid or slave(I hate the word slave). If the wife did do it, I can understand why. Her husband sounded like a douchebag.
