    I like how you drew out the biceps, it was so much more helpful in visualizing what was happening rather than trying to keep track of what arrow is what

    The bicep pump example was perfectly explained in terms of understanding the mechanism. I found it very helpful the different understandings of force on a certain area

    hey man, i REALLY appreciate your videos. I'm teaching 8th graders about forces and motion right now, and having them watch this for an assignment. Super athletic class and I think this will help them see fun applications of science. Thanks man!
