What a really tough but so good exercise!Thank you very much!
Thanks! In particular thanks for taking the trouble to include many regressions and progressions 👍
I love the fact that you n your team focus on utility of the muscle group. Very few do that or even consider that. You are doing great👍
I'm grateful for this content
Best video I e ever seen on this exercise!
Very clear & relevant, tks so much
Gonna give these a shot.... slowly though. Thank you
Thank you!
Nice. Thanks.
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👍🏾thx
Can you make a video on retrocalcaneal bursitis pain treatment
I have an injury in the adductor magnus, do you have a video for strengthening/rehab of this muscle specifically?
Can you make a video showing us how to strengthening all movements of the hips
Nice Video! Is this exercise also good for X-Legs?
👍👍👍
Any chance you could make a video in de querveines tenosynovitis?
What are the upper body muscles that are work to support the upper body using the 1 arm during the copenhagen plank and the isometric variation?
Great stuff! Is the lateral lunge a good weighted exercise for strengthening the adductors of the outstretched leg?
Not usually as a significant amount of bodyweight/load is typically supported by the other leg.
Hi ! i hope you are doing well. I injured my 2 wrists while boxing and did some physiotherapy. I did after all a control ultrasound and everything was perfect as the doctor said. But every time i go back to the gym i feel pain my tendons no matter what exercice i do (skipping rope, back exercises..) and the day after the pain comes back. So it's like a cycle. Do you have any advice ?
all that weight on the knee hinge joint?
Trying to read comments
"posted 52 seconds ago", no comments haha
6:11 so that's the same muscles that are mainly used in side splits
Hmm yeah I tried the exercise and I'm kind of bad at it so I should probably do that more often
How much of our bodyweight is being lifted on a copenhanger on the working leg.
I'm sory what us the name of the lady?
Really not so great for shoulders though...😢
Get a stronger shoulders
I saw this for the first time at the gym a couple weeks ago. I'm like... "WTF is that?" Jesus, this has to be the stupidest version of a plank I've seen. Just think of the force being put on the medial knee. It's not designed to support that kind of force. Good grief, this is horrendous! So many other planks to do. And if you want to incorporate the obliques, just add some planks with rotation. Like a thread the needle, or step-through.
medial knee is not supposed to hande load? lmao
@@Acdhcup267 Knee doesn't flex that way, dude. Hence, no supporting muscles on the medial or lateral. Just tendons and ligaments. Ever watch the NFL? Ridiculous plank. So unnecessary.
@@livenhfree I'm not a physician, but I'd say for a healthy knee/bodyweight and reasonable progression it will be fine. Should make your CLs stronger if anything.
@@exci6198 You're right. You're not a physician. So your comment is not relevant to be honest. The original commenter is correct. This is a nasty way to stretch the medial capsule of the knee and totally unnecessary.
@realstradman so a random comment is more believable than one of the most respected physio channels?
