    I love the fact that you n your team focus on utility of the muscle group. Very few do that or even consider that. You are doing great👍

    Great stuff! Is the lateral lunge a good weighted exercise for strengthening the adductors of the outstretched leg?

    • @E3Rehab
      @E3Rehab  26 วันที่ผ่านมา +3

      Not usually as a significant amount of bodyweight/load is typically supported by the other leg.

    Hi ! i hope you are doing well. I injured my 2 wrists while boxing and did some physiotherapy. I did after all a control ultrasound and everything was perfect as the doctor said. But every time i go back to the gym i feel pain my tendons no matter what exercice i do (skipping rope, back exercises..) and the day after the pain comes back. So it's like a cycle. Do you have any advice ?

    I saw this for the first time at the gym a couple weeks ago. I'm like... "WTF is that?" Jesus, this has to be the stupidest version of a plank I've seen. Just think of the force being put on the medial knee. It's not designed to support that kind of force. Good grief, this is horrendous! So many other planks to do. And if you want to incorporate the obliques, just add some planks with rotation. Like a thread the needle, or step-through.

    • @Acdhcup267

      medial knee is not supposed to hande load? lmao

    • @livenhfree
      @livenhfree 25 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      @@Acdhcup267 Knee doesn't flex that way, dude. Hence, no supporting muscles on the medial or lateral. Just tendons and ligaments. Ever watch the NFL? Ridiculous plank. So unnecessary.

      @@livenhfree I'm not a physician, but I'd say for a healthy knee/bodyweight and reasonable progression it will be fine. Should make your CLs stronger if anything.

    • @realstradman
      @realstradman 25 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@exci6198 You're right. You're not a physician. So your comment is not relevant to be honest. The original commenter is correct. This is a nasty way to stretch the medial capsule of the knee and totally unnecessary.

      @realstradman so a random comment is more believable than one of the most respected physio channels?
