What’s the difference from reading a passage of scripture and praying. To having a revelation of that scripture and praying it. How do you know if you are ignorant or have ignored a biblical revelation?
Also how do you know the difference between hearing your own thoughts and the Holy Spirit?
I struggle to believe the bible is true. Because it is too hard to follow that book. Its too hard to be a Christian.
On the other hand its terrible to live under threat of eternal hell. It seems that to be saved we need to live the hell on Earth.
Having God inside of you, His Spirit, brings direction, peace n joy.
Not having the Spirit of God & walking in the flesh is a destructive lifestyle becuz ultimately we will lean on our own understanding, not God's guidance.
I know becuz I've done both.
Choose life, ❤️🙏
Ask the Lord to give you understanding before you open the Bible, He will.
