Doesnt mean she is fluent in Italian. She obviously sounds very fluent in American English. But she did pronounce a few words in Italian and sounded perfect. So just relax , we hear to enjoy his voice. By her not commenting on his Italian it means he sounded great.
I watched an reactor couple from Italy who admitted they needed to use the subtitle, because apparently, "opera Italian" is not the same as speaking Italian ??

As she put “ITALIAN WOMAN REACTS TO OLIMPICO” on the title of this video, I was expecting to hear something about his Italian or something from Italian woman’s point of view or at least she could mention that she is not fluent in Italian or don’t understand operatic Italian (BTW I know that his Italian is great as many Italian people already said so.)
I go to Dimash’s TH-cam channel or my play lists to hear to enjoy his voice. I watch reaction videos to hear their comments (good and bad), not like you, I guess.
