It all looks so well-accessorized! You’ve got the eye and are talented with color balancing. My favorite is your mantle with the perfectly staggered old trophies, your Bible collection, pops of green and greenery along with the hearth basket’s nod to Jesus sign. It’s refreshing to see references to God incorporated into decor and the things you love since “We love because He first loved us” 1 John 4:19. I try to work symbols of God into my decor, as well, in an understated way so I think of Him when I glance at a said object. Love the old doctor bag. My Mom loves to tell me stories about how the local doctor used to make house calls, with his big brown Doctor bag. I love listening to these stories. I love that not that long ago Doctors would make personal house calls, and were truly invested in their patients health.

If you have another white pitcher, I think that would look nice on the top to balance out the plant. Now that is very clever with the curtain rods!! Love it!! The cabinet fits into spring...the book colors. You have done very well! Thanks for sharing!

Great cabinet and you decorated it wonderfully. I wanted to say that your idea on the curtain rods is genius. I never thought about drawer pulls for the end of those wooden rods because I totally agree with you those regular ones that sell retail are so expensive sometimes they're more expensive than the curtains you buy which is ridiculous. I really like your new cabinet with all your ironstone and other treasures. An idea I thought of finishing off the top with the plant is a clear glass candle holder with another sage green candle like the one in your wall sconce. It would add balance and some height yet small enough to not block the mirror…🙂🕯

Hesitate to give someone as talented as you a suggestion but perhaps a wispy vine draping across cabinet but not large enough to cover mirror. My favorite might just be the white cabinet that you described as shabby and touches of pink. I once used a lot of pastel pinks and shabby look but like you strayed away from it. Then today I purchased a quilt with pink flowers and green, very pastel shades, and I love it. We are allowed!!

OMG ! I love your decor style Danielle! I love how you decorated the new cabinet with your ironstone pieces . I got a lot of ways to use mine . As we rent also, I’m using the top of our cabinets for now to display the platters of ironstone . I have quite a lot of saucers /fruit bowls I call them . I also have collection of the blue striped and the green striped ironstone .
You definitely have an eye for beautiful displays. I already am using one of your ideas displaying vintage Bibles. I actually found two in a yard sale that was inscribed inside with the date 1932. They're both beautifully aged. Now, you have given me even more inspiration in this video. 💖

Danielle that new cabinet is so beautiful and you did a great job styling it, you have so may beautiful pieces. That curtain hack is genius and I love it! Your white shelving unit decorated in shabby chic I adore and if you have not checked out the channel Our Green Acres you should check her out because she decorates a lot like that and her home is so romantic and cozy and she uses that theme all year long, you would love her channel I think. I love to see young women who I think may have an "old soul" so to speak and love the older items with a history that really make a home special. Love your beautiful home and your sweet nature.

Gorgeous! The top of the cabinet would be so cute with some candle stick holders in different heights!
Everything looks lovely, Danielle. I would add some rice to the vegetable dish holding the bunny mold to hold it more upright so it can be seen better. I was thinking that a clear oil lamp on the right side of the curio cabinet would look nice or maybe a crystal bowl that would reflect in the mirror on top. It is still WINTER here in MT!

Your dishes in the cabinet look beautiful. The plant on top is perfect...maybe you could add some brass candle sticks for height and they wouldn't block the mirror. So very pretty! What a great idea for the curtain rods! You are right about the crazy prices on those...nice work-around. The valances you chose work really well on those windows.
