I am going to give this a try. They are so beautiful. I have the aluminum tape. However, I decided to look for copper and gold foil tapes also. I found them and ordered them. I am going to try it with all three colors of tape. I hope mine turn it as beautifully as yours did.

If you’re having trouble putting the hole where you want with the crop-a-dile, you might want to try a Japanese screw punch. You can see where you’re putting your hole and it comes with different size holes.

I did a similar process years ago of course I didn’t have all the wonderful TH products that you have now so after adding the paint and inks I would run them through an embossing folder. I did use the metal tape as a base. Fun to see someone much younger than me enjoying the grunge. Blessings from Canada 🇨🇦

Hi Toni, I have been working diligently for 3 days on those enamel tags. I thought I was not going to be able to make them, but alas, I figured it out. Yay!! I love your excitement. Love what you've done! I have used the aluminum tape before with die cuts of vintage keys, but now I see I need to make the keys again and grunge them up as you have shown here. Possibilities are endless!❤

There is also copper foil, gold color foil, and an antique foil color tape. My experiments with the silver thanks to your and a couple of other you tubers is making me want to experiment with the other colors. Someone was saying there is also a rose gold foil, so. I have got some ordering to do……lol….

I have LOVED your last two experimental videos! I am totally inspired to try these out. Your chuckle when you're excited about how it's turning out cracks me up. I have a question I would appreciate if you would answer....or even better make a video! I am the worst at putting my stamps in a "random" pattern. They're either too far apart, too close together, or way too many. I also have a hard time knowing which characters/textures to put together; they just never look right or pleasing to the eye to me. I usually end up covering it completely up because I hate it soo much. This is probably the number one thing I struggle with right now. I've watched several of y our videos where you stamp, and other JJournalists, but I just can't get the hang of it. Any help would be so appreciated.
Aww thank you so much ☺️ ahh stamping yes of course I can try and help my lovely, firstly it's practice I know boring right lol but it's true I've got a journal or a note book and I just stamp in it using different inks and colours it honestly helped me loads with position and clustering stamps

Un-FREAKING-believable! I tried this today and can’t believe how cool it is…..I didn’t have disinfecting wipes so I used a baby wipe with some hand sanitizer on it. Amazing how it just blends all the layers together. Also I didn’t start by gluing numbers on it so I ran it through a number embossing folder and it worked great. I love how it removed some of the paint from the edges of the numbers to allow a bit of the silver shine to show through.
Letting it dry now before adding the touches of white and cutting it apart.
BTW if you use hand sanitizer on your hands it removes almost 100% of alcohol ink from your fingers/hands…..also removes archival ink…..since they are an alcohol based product.

Wow Toni you have struck GOLD with this one! I have to giggle too because of all of your descriptive words used to describe these “Delicious” I think you said tags….lol. Your enthusiasm really needs to be bottled and sold girl…..lol. I could tell slightly that you were just a tad excited with this successful experiment…😂😂😂. I can’t say just how much I love these. I have one question….I thought you said near the end that you rub lightly with an anti-vac wipe…..what is that? I’m in the US and we have wet wipes, like baby wipes, and we have anti-static wipes like the brand Swiffer wipes to help with static and to dust with but those are a dry type of wipe. Could you please elaborate for me a bit more on those because I absolutely want to make some of these too. Thanks so much for sharing your awesome experiments and love of grunge with us. Oh and yes I heard Tracie mention you the other day on her channel…super cool girl! 🥰🥰🥰
Aww Belinda thank you so much your support means so much to me, antibac wipes are just kitchen cleaning wipes antibacterial wipes we have some brands here like flash and dettol they're used for wiping the kitchen surfaces
I prefer to use them then baby wipes because baby wipes have oils in
I think the closest thing in the us is clorox disinfectant wipes
