Last years i went to visit kasmir i enquired about an empty and now decrepit 3 storey building i was nonchalantly told its a school on the "books" its supposed to be a government school teaching 4 thousand local poor children. The teaching staff, the ancillary staff...... Are all collecting wages, pension. This has been going on for 15 years. Thats whats wrong with YOUR country.
Can parents really be blamed for school problems when they are illiterate, struggling with poverty, and controlled by powerful local leaders? We are stuck in outdated practices from the colonial era, where a strict chain of command still exists. Teachers are happy with just getting paid, and principals only care about their promotions. Because of this, the country suffers.
Great ideas and problem-solution conversation related to educational inequity in Pakistan. Love it❤ Keep the great work up "Teach for Pakistan"

That's the reality but what's up with the accusatory nature of this comment?
Very thought provoking discussion, thank you

How about starting with teaching Science to kids and NOT Hindu / India hatred? 😉 And keeping religion out of the school and books?
I wish, if they had anything close to the above idea Pakistan wouldn't be in the mess that it is.
They even teach the religion wrong 💀 pakistani youth is the most un-islamic ever
Teach for Pakistan is a straight copy of the idea called Teach for India.
Doesn't matter if it can add value to the education sector.
