It's nice to hear people sayin that these guys are "blessed" and "gifted" but i think this takes away from the hard work and hours of practice that are put in. They are blessed because they have been put in a position to pursue something bigger than themselves.

How long does it take you to practice this before killing it? Also, in most of your quartet you do a turn around to keep the song moving what are the numbers doe that?
A band or group play as one unit. Not sure if the young guitarist is there for his own glory; however he is taking the attention from the Pastor and vocalist. There are many teachable moments for these young brother musicians. It's up to the elders musicians and vocalist to teach them (our youth) how to play as a unit.
