That doctors stoppage cut was actually badass af. Dude was getting fucked up for majority of the fight, gets it to the feet and just completely splits his opponents head with an elbow😲

Really like this guy. There's no fear, no anger, no showboating, he methodically goes for the win, there isn't any point during his fights where he doesn't know what to do and isn't going for the win. You can see the confusion or fear in the other fighter's face at times as they try to figure out how to get out of a bad spot, meanwhile Paddy is just stone faced and he is already moving into position to do what he has to do to win. Then the second he wins he immediately lets go, smiles and jumps in joy.

Reminds me a little of Charles Oliveira, aggressive grappling, effortless transitions on the ground, aggressive and unorthodox striking as well. Excited to see him in the UFC next week
me, too! have been waiting for this for soo long! i think he can make it to true greatness. very impressive how he turned down the ufc in the past, waiting to be financially secured and also mentally & especially as he sais physically ready. not a lot of young lads would have made that decision. i think it shows vision, determination and a foresight unusual for young guys between 20-30 y/o.
his style is so exciting as well. he just surprises with unorthodox moves on such a regular basis..
Superior observation. With more time his striking will get even better. High sealing. Lots of tape of the kid. Gyms will be game planning schemes to keep fights on the feet. Good size for the division. He's been putting on muscle over the years.
Seen Paddy since early on in CWFC. Great personality, but from a pure fighting perspective, he reminds me more of Diego Sanchez 2.0. Good, not great wrestling, can scramble like a madman, but has an athletic ceiling he'll hit his head on. We already saw this with Soren Bak, who Pimblett simply could not out-position.

Seems to have an overall aggressive style. Looks high energy and has amazing dexterity. Decent striking and well, his ground game is next level. Some leg kicks would bump his hands and high kicks but maybe they just didn't make this highlight real.
