I love having a drink when I go out for lunch or dinner . And as you say... it's not about drinking... it's about enjoying the moment ! Great great video. Helping me be healthier mentally and physically. Love this channel. I adapted fasting and intuitive eating, just liquids and caffeine in the morning helps my blood sugar instabilities so much. Once i started fasting and dropped the snacks, i felt way better and had way less bloating! I also am able to maintain my weight better. I like 1-two big meals later in the day. It keeps me stable, energetic, and full. Im more hungry with all of these snacks and i lose control over my food and then go into a restrictive cycle. Some people love snacks and it works for them, and its not inherently bad if its healthy for them, but for me i like fasting, and intuitive eating. To me, theres no need to be eating all day when im not doing high intensity athletics or something. Everyone is different and im glad you share what works for you to help others navigate their own needs when diet culture pushes one uniform diet on everyone: 3 meals 2 snacks hihg protein and fat, no carbs. For me, no carbs doesnt work because i get bad cravings then overeat on things i dont even like then just saving room for the calories and carbs i do like, then also eating the higher protein things. For me, i need at least one gluten free (i have health issues related to gluten, its not for restrictions) carb to help me stay sane and happy and non restricted. I feel much better mentally and have a better time getting all the nutrients i need, staying stable, staying happy, and staying healthy. Love this channel vita, you remind me of my russian friends and ballet teachers back when i danced. Beautiful, honest, confident, and encouraging but real when you need it. ❤
I loved this video. I started a died a few months ago and I'm followed by a specialist and she said practically the same thing as you in this video. I was a type who thought that carbs was evil too and I prived myself of that without any result and without knowing they are essential for a tonic body. It's all about balance and living life without excess in both ways! For me it is not a diet anymore but lifestyle. Thanks for talking honestly!

I also never weight myself. I will se when I go to the Dr's, but I don't own a scale. Counting calories I haven't done lately either. Ill sometimes look to see how much something is, but I don't add them up. That has gotten me in trouble with my weight. Love this video.
A video on how to stop counting calories would REALLY help me coming from you!!! I get anxious and overthink food and overeat if i don't count (I used to be very anorexic) but now i just can't get rid of the calorie counting

Same! The diet industry is always pushing snacks and all of these meals. For someone with gluten sensitivity, hypoglycemia, and autoimmune issues all of that eating is hard on my digestion, gives me hormonal acne, and just spikes my blood sugar too much. For me personally, fasting, and two bigger meals with lots of plant proteins and some whole starchy veggies like corn and peas works better for me.

Restricting food groups is miserable. I’m experimenting with intuitive eating while pregnant. Before I was pregnant I was counting calories and just frustrated with weight. Once I have the baby, I hope I can lose while intuitive eating.
Snacking doesn't work for me either. I've been focused on intuitive eating and listening to my body. The other day I didn't eat until 5 hours after I got up because i genuinely wasn't hungry but sometimes I will eat right away. The fasting has given me a lot of energy. My body is able to switch into burning fat instead of sugar more efficiently & I don't crash so much.

what is your recipe for your spicy margarita? excellent information about the difference between men and women fasting. and tweaking the woman's diet during the monthly cycle. I find when I consume alcohol and coffee I have to up my intake of water or I get dehydrated and wobbly, and constipation becomes a problem also. thank you for your honest and informative videos.

I had period of restriction for months but now I'm eating so much i started eating breakfast lunch and dinner but im overating so much beyond comfort , I don't care if it's extreme hunger or not but i need to fix it and get rid of the intense feeling to eat even if I'm very full and extremely bloated 😢 it's so hard because i couldn't even sleep because of my bloated stomach 😢 can someone help me with advice or anything 😢?
Finally someone else who has a high tolerance to alcohol too. But I don't drink anymore. But I can see people saying omg why all them drinks. LOL Thats when those all inclusive vacations come in handy.
