Mike Williams got injured during his 1st day of rookie minicamp which resulted in him missing the rest of training camp and 6 games so it’s understandable why he didn’t have the best rookie season. Plus, Williams only started in one game during his 1st season.
QJ was dropping balls all year, but not making enough big plays to offset his mistakes. Until today. Now we know he's a legitimate NFL receiver .... with talent .... and questionable hands. But I thought I saw Mike Williams out there on a couple of QJ's catches. Winning jump balls? That's a first.
Johnston is like that underdog kid on the team. Hes almost like a mascot for the team. Perseverance and effort. This is only our first year you guys. They were crippled by salary cap last year. We can build a fortress of an oline in the draft and free agency. Tell me what else we need besides a true X receiver?

QJ finally had his game that showed he can be a good wr and can finally catch still dont think he can be that sure thing #1 but he showed he can be a good #2 now for the next few seasons QJ as the #2 ladd as the great slot man now just need that legit #1 and legit #1 TE and beef up the interior O-line and some depth still in some places on defense and this team can be really great I want TE and edge rusher with their first two picks than with their 3rd and 4th take rb and wr cus this draft is really great draft for a rb this year hopefully they can get dobbins on a team friendly deal cus he has be great but you still cant trust his injury history and of they can get rid of gus cus he only had one good game really if they can move on from gus and replace him with a great draft rb to go with dobbins would be great and at the saftey position gilman has been good and elijah molden even better but I think this defense could use a longterm player at the free saftey spot and they need that elite DT in the middle of the defense still poona ford and tart gave been great thia year but the defense still needs that longterm answer at DT that can be great against the run and pass rushing we need our own chris jones in the middle of the defense and if they move on from bosa which has looked bad to finish this season that guy is cooked they need move on from bosa that will get them to over 100 million in cap they need a great edge rusher on defense too it be hard yo get all that in one more offseason but with 100 million in cap and 10-11 draft picks they can get most of it probably joe hortiz has shown he can add great players on day2 and day3 of the draft
