Lisa who moved to a totally new country(from Thailand her home country to Korea) when she was 14 to follow her passion to make music as a kpop idol and she couldn't even communicate with people cause Lisa didn't know Korean she learnt Korean as time passed by.
Rosé who left her family in Australia(she is Korean based in Aus) when she was 15 to follow her passion
Jisoo who is the oldest and automatically adopted the image of mother for the four girls. The members say she was always there for them when they felt homesick(cause they left home when they were 14-15) and Jisoo almost never shares her burdens cause she wants to be the pillar of support for the girls and doesn't want to portray herself as weak so she used to cry alone with room locked.
The training period to be an idol is really tough. Especially in YG their company which is one of the big 3 companies in Korea the trainee had to be THE BEST to debut. The girls had vocal,rap, dance, krunk, Japanese(Korean idols have to debut in japan for market sales so they r taught Japanese) and many more classes. They said they practiced till 3-4am and when they went to their dorms there were bugs and caterpillars and cause they were trainees they were broke so they ate egg and jam.
