@@cweber7733 Just to speed things up, and there's no difference turning it over with wet or dry glue, but the tail stock must stick firmly to the wood.

I've never seen anyone turn a plank of wood into a bowl before, this is like magic! Its pottery on the wheel in reverse.
I think you left out Wenge, the black brown wood. Beautiful bowl but what was more inspiring was the mastery of your materials and tools. You are a master craftsman. You know your materials, tools, techniques, and have artistic vision. Bravo!
