Back in the 80's I had a coworker friend (Norwegian) whose dad would go Elk hunting in Norway and bring back meat for elk-burgers....crazy times. Your wife is a GIFT no doubt! That bread looked like what we eat (Ezekiel bread toasted!) You rock!!
Thank you so much for the kind words. The grinder is the largest Cabalas makes and the stuffer is made by LEM. LEM can be purchased online, but I bought mine at Alaska Butcher Supply - I love that store: it’s like a toy store for adults.
@@MyAlaska12 I made three videos in the meatroom last fall, but I don’t think I did a tour on any of them. That said, I should have. So, I’m putting it on the list.👍🏽
@@RaisedinAlaska I believe I watched all of your videos you recorded in the processing room. That's what made think to ask. To be clear, I'm thinking of building a game processing room in my garage/shop when I build it.
I didn’t realize you had a channel as well. I just subbed. Will you make a video of the process? We add the seasoning and put it in the refrigerator for three days then cook it. I’d be interested to see your process.
Great! Thanks! Now I am hungry! Awesome to have all of the processing equipment and the room though! :-)
The room and equipment and friends make the process fun and clean up is soooo easy now.
That looks soooooooo good
Good stuff
Thank you.
Looks amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so kindly.
I didn’t know you had a channel. I just subscribed and it says you have 35 videos, but it says there’s no content. I’ll have to look later.
@@RaisedinAlaska I do not have a channel per se - I do have a channel on Telegram but I come here for the fun stuff!!! ❤️
@@ljjackson7106 Gotcha. I try to support supports and felt bad that I wasn’t returning the love.
Oh, that's cruel. Very well done, sir! That looks so delicious!
The ice water bath at the end makes a humongous difference.
You have fascinated me since the first day I saw your videos! Thank you for sharing. Where do you find this equipment? 👍

Do you have a room specifically for processing game?
I processed this at a buddies house. Several years ago he built a meat processing room and I purchased the equipment.
@@RaisedinAlaska doing a tour of the room would be a cool video. I'm thinking of doing the same thing.

@@MyAlaska12 I’ll make a video of it in the next few weeks. There are some cool aspects of the room.
